A hidden gem

A surprising find. Nice cozy restaurant with an eclectic menu and friendly service. We were not rushed despite it being Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely go back!

This is hands down the best restaurant in the area (based on a four day stay). My girlfriend and I both enjoyed everything we ate and the ambiance is elegant but unpretentious. The short ribs were fantastic, as well as the tomato-cognac soup, and the beet salad and risotto were great. Service was attentive without being overbearing and it's nice... More

The place is charming inside. Then you get to eat the food so well prepared. Great seating areas in the bar, kitchen area and main part of the restaurant. The food is top notch. Excellent appetizers. Perfectly done lamb chops and filet. The risottos are some of the best I have eaten. Oh, and the bartender.....excellent. Beau makes greats drinks.... More

I took my wife out for her Birthday and it was our first trip to Bistro LaRoux. Others had recommended it, and it was GREAT. The scallops were superb!

We were in town for business, and like previous visits this was a must for dinner. Went two nights, crab cakes are a must have. Smaller portion choices are a great way to go to be able to try several items. Surf and turf, squash soup and the burger were all great choices. Save room for dessert, and Hanna was... More

Everything we tasted were excellent. The lobster risotto was tasty, the surf and turf perfectly cooked and the deserts (chocolate lava cake and salty caramel apple pie) were amazing. It's so easy to make a good service but their are so many restaurants that just don't have it. At bistro LeRoux, it was perfect. My only comment is that price... More

On a girlfriends weekend, 5 of us decided to try Bistro LeRoux based on other trip advisor reviews. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and sown promptly to our table near the back of the restaurant. Our server was friendly, efficient and great about sharing ides and suggestions on the menu. Drinks ordered and delivered quickly. We were all extremely... More

Tiny scallops, no salt, plates were lacking, decent server, good drinks, very casual, slow execution, boring beets salad, no inspiration? Redundant
