We arrived early for supper & were seated in what the waitress termed 'the chef's quarters' a small alcove in the front window. The air conditioning (AC) was blowing directly on us, so we requested/received a table change. Several other couples arrived & complained of the AC, so the vents were adjusted, which blew the AC directly back on us... More

I have been going to Lake George for many years now and have never been overly impressed by the food...man have I been missing out! Bistro LeRoux puts a creative twist on Classic French and American dishes, with some Asian influence. We will be back for many more meals!

The food is so well prepared and presented. My husband loves the salmon with the salad and I love the lobster dish. It has become my favorite! The staff is so friendly and helpful whether you're a first time diner or a regular one. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. Give yourself a treat and dine here, you won't... More

Had an excellent 3 course meal. A great tomato and feta cheese salad, the sword fish on Israeli couscous and a dessert. The salad was delicious, the main the entree was very good, except the sword fish came in three pieces two of them were too thin, but the third piece was thick and juicy (if the fish had come... The reviews fit this restaurant. This is fine dining. The half portions were great. I had the short ribs which were nothing short of perfect. I also had the lobster risotto which was too notch. My wife and kids (4 and 9) loved the place as well. This is a must see when visiting Lake George

Had dinner at Bistro LeRoux this evening and the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The menu has some wonderfully sounding choices. The meals my husband I had were perfect. We both chose the smaller option and there was ample food. The presentations were beautiful. Sorry we're only here one night. This restaurant would certainly be one of... More

My husband and I debated coming here as it was a little more expensive than some of the more casual, chain-looking spots in Lake George but I'm so happy we came! First, you can order half (and half priced) portions of every single item and they are sizable! (I took home food because we over ordered for sure). The short... More

My wife and I had a wonderful meal, in a nice atmosphere, with excellent service. What we liked was that most salads, appetizers, and entrees were offered in both a small and regular portion. This gave us the opportunity to try a few more items on the menu. My wife had the tomato and cognac bisque, and we shared appetizers... More

what a treat. Just about Michelin star food with a $20 to $30 handle. They offer half portions of every dish so you can try a lot. We did and was delighted with the execution, plating and taste. The best Lake George offers. Period.
