We Live In Jamestown and our favorite place to go is Alfie's. We go there all the time. The kids love the free popcorn in the lounge. We spend less going there than fast food. We were travelling to the area and this restuarant was recommended by the hotel. When we arrived, the hostess stated she would seat us in a minute and proceded to make a personal phone call and argue with her boyfriend!! My in-laws live in Jamestown, NY and Alfie's is a favorite of theirs. I have always received good food and service there. Seafood is very good and the lasagna, etc. is tasty. Portions are reasonable and service has been good. more

I went to Alfie's, for dinner recently, based upon the trip advisor recommendation. I found the atmosphere to be good and the service good, until I sent my Grilled Pork Chops back because they were under cooked. My waitress took them back to the kitchen and I guess the cook made new ones, because they were raw in the center... more
