In short, this place is good for a date if you want to be in a hip and vibrant restaurant and in a nice environment. The food is no longer authentic Thai and resembles the watered down mush that is served in Thai restaurants in Manhattan, but if your not into the real Thai flavor and want generic plates than... Seriously, this isn't good thai food, and the service borders on the offensive. Why not walk to 64th and 39th Avenue for SriPraPhai, the best thai in the big apple?

generic cool/hip interior: exposed brick and blond wood. comfortable and spacious seating. outstanding service! thai dishes appeared authentic and well-executed, if not as spicy as in Thailand. between four of us, we had 11 different dishes, all of which were outstandingly good. this will be a keeper!

Lovely Thai place, in the heart of JH on 37th Avenue. Cool (but not intimidating) decor, warm service, decent wine and an enormous menu with really tasty food. Try the chive dumplings; they're quite special and delicious. We've gone several times with family and friends, and have invited people for their first taste of Thai here. They walked in with... We ate here with a local couple and their young son. The place is very nice, with a huge menu and great and prompt service. The food was great, especially the chive dumplings, which were everybody's favorite, fried rice with bbq and chinese sausage (yummmy), shrimp with onions and veg, seafood soup, salads, salmon and beef with noodles. Who knows... More

Comparing to other restaurants in Jackson Heights, Queens this one is really refreshing. Interior is great, food is delicious. The only thing is the stuff, they don't seem to understand the order. Downside is that I couldn't remember what I order. I know that it was served in pineapple, which was great and it was tasty. My other companions were... More

The restaurant moved from a side street to the avenue and did a nice renovation of the space. It is modern with style. The food good, but not great. I think they keep the spice level down in order to have a broader appeal. They need to realize that people want real dining experiences. In general it is okay, it... More

Sign on door said closed from 3:45 to 5pm. Showed up at 6:10 pm was shut down. Pissed me off because we spent 30 minutes looking for parking. Went to Colombian restaurant instead.
