I had been wanting to go to Agava since my son started school in Ithaca. They do not take reservations for under 4 people in your party so every time we went the wait was over an hour. This time I called and asked them what there busy time generally is and they told me 6-8 pm. We took a... More

We had dinner here on our first night of 4 in Ithaca recently. No patio seats were available, but we had a choice table near the wood-fired oven watching the chef. There were plenty of interesting drink and food options on the menu. Some standouts were the "snap" appetizer (roasted snap peas), the "beeker" taco (made with brussel sprouts), and... More

What a great place. There is indoor and outdoor seating. If you are going to Cornell well this is the place to stop. They have flat bread, full meals, and great snacks. We will return!

I been to this restaurant several times, and have always had a good meal. The food is slightly on the expensive side, but the lunch specials are a good value. It is usually crowded for dinner, except during warm weather when outdoor seating is available. The restaurant incorporates live music on occasion, but the venue is a little too small... More

For decades, restaurants have come and gone in this location. It's close to the Cornell campus and not far from downtown Ithaca but no one else could make a success of it until AGAVA. I'd describe it as southwestern, but slightly eclectic. The food is good, the ambience lively. I've been there several times and have seen students as well... More

Loved it, on a beautiful night, sit outside. Wait staff is great. Flatbread pizzas and tacos are very tasty. Parking is not an issue since the restaurant is not near the commons, close to Cornell.

Don't miss the brussel sprout tacos - one of the best tacos you'll ever eat!!! Had a salad with lobster that was a special - it was fabulous! Drinks were amazing too!

The food was excellently prepared and extremely tasty!! The fried chick peas with the beer flight is a great idea as a palate cleanser! I had an Agave Mojito, and it was refreshing and delicious. Have zero complaints and we will be going back frequently!

My wife and I ate here with my son and his girlfriend. They enjoy the place and wanted us to try it out. The food and wait staff were excellent. I had the Toreador steak and it was perfect. We had appetizers and sodas. I found the bill a bit pricey but overall a very good experience.
