This little gem is located in Irvington and the food and service are incredible! We've been there several times and it is consistently great. The place is not fancy and you'll feel right at home when William and Eric greet you with a warm smile. We've had the chicken parm and it's fantastic - one of the best I've ever... More

Under new management, this little gem in Irvington has once again become one of my favorite restaurants in the River towns. While the place is small, they have managed to utilize the space in a very efficient manner. We have been there twice in the past 4 weeks and the food has not disappointed. We had taken a break from... More

We always try the veal at other Italian restaurants, and it always keeps us coming back here for the best. The restaurant is a little bit of a hole in the wall, as far as Irvington eateries go; but the quality of the food and service make up for it in spades. Highly recommend.

I first learned about Buon Gusto when I went to a party at their Alpine NY location. I enjoyed the meals I had there, and was pleased to find out they have expanded to 3 restaurants - 1 is in Irvington. Good home-style Italian food. The service was great - I was with a jokester and our server didn't miss... More

This is a tiny place tucked away on a side street in Irvington. I had walked/ driven by this mysterious place for years and thought it must be a front for something else as there never seemed to be any activity within. When a friend who has eaten there regularly suggested we meet there for dinner, I was intrigued. The... More

I've been going to Buon Gusto for several years. Easy parking and reservations are taken gladly. The appitizers, especially the spadini, are fantastic. The various sauces on the pastas, either with or without seafood, are varied and delicious. The chicken, veal, seafood, steaks and chops are served with side salads and are great and generously portioned. There are interesting specials... More

Buon Gusto is not the most gorgeous restuarnt, nor does the atmosphere make you feel like you're in a "happening" place. The reason you go here is because it is an authentic Italian restaurant right in your neighborhood. There is a fairly classic menu of tradiitonal Italian dishes with some great specials. The owners are willing to adapt any menu... More
