What a nice way to polish off the day.

Walked down the street from the Black Walnut B&B. We visited on Pizza night. It was busy but the service was super fast. We finished the day with a bottle of wine and a slice (or more). Nice!!!

We always go for the lamb burgers and are always positively, absolutely delighted. The super hot fries are hand-cut, the lamb burgers juicy and amazing, a thick slice of feta, olivata, lettuce tomato and thinly sliced red onion completes the experience...Delicious. Yes, we have had many other things on the menu, but this is the thing we go for. And... More

The menu at the Crystal Lake Cafe was very different. The food itself was good, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. There was inside and outside dining and a dog and cat wandered freely both inside and out. We enjoyed our lunch, but having the dog and cat staring at me while I ate wasn't a good... More

A nice casual spot overlooking a lovely pond and gazebo. Service was sweet and prompt. I had a lamb burger that was truly exceptional- big juicy patty, topped with tapenade and feta. As good as ive ever had. A couple of microbrews on tap and a nice Americana blush. I heard from a local its a great spot for evening... More

the food was disgusting. I got chicken and it tasted like it have been frozen and thawed a thousand times. when i get to the middle of the chicken it was completely raw. I made them take it back and the waitress made a big deal about bringing it back. Never coming back.

We stopped for lunch at the cafe, as we were tasting, and were happy with our meal. They have some nice outdoor seating, and while it wasn't a perfect day, the location and atmosphere were nice. I ordered the cuban sandwich and fries, while my husband ordered the lamb burger with fries. Both were very good, with decent portions. The... More

We stopped here for lunch before Wine Tastings. Had a Lovely Salad and Pulled Pork Tacos. Shared a bottle of wine. The views and setting were most relaxing.

Enjoyed listening to a local band play cover hits while enjoying a meal at the Cafe. Pulled pork sandwich and pork tacos were very good as was the ham and pineapple pizza. Service was a bit slow on a busy night, but the servers were friendlyand were responsive when asked for water refills and a refill of the tortilla chips.

Loved wine tasting here, buying a bottle of wine and sharing it at the café. The food at the café was good but a little expensive. Our B&B was just up the road , within walking distance so we made a trip here more than once. Be sure to check if the café is open. They are closed one day... More

Every year I take my sister to the Crystal Lake Cafe for her birthday at the Americana Winery north of Ithaca and accessible from Rt. 89 along the Cayuga Lake's shore or by Rt. 96 north of Trumansburg (a smaller and more beautiful Ithaca and home of the Moog synthesizer), If you take the Cayuga Lake Rt. 89 head up...
