Great food and service in a friendly atmosphere with reasonable prices. I recommend the peach pancakes!

After coming across the photo ad in the Adirondack Weekly for Putterfingers mini golf, we decided to stop down and check it out. After doing so we decided to grab a bite to eat at this delicious restaurant right in front. The food was incredible and reasonably priced. Despite how busy they were the staff was very friendly and attentive.... More

This place is a Heaven! Me and my girlfriend visited it several times and wanted to try all of their food. I have never had more delicious pancakes in my life.

Walking into the Tamarack, you know you are in the middle of the Adirondacks, as this place is bleeding with charm. What's missing is a friendly staff that wants to do more than just take your order and drop off your food. That was the truly upsetting part. Over all the food was good, and the portions were perfect. My... More

Food was decent, but the wait staff was borderline awful. They really only have eggs , omlets and pancakes. No waffles?? Weird. Could use an updated staff and menu selection personally.

The food was decent--classic diner-style sandwiches, salads and fries--but the service was a little TOO casual. The server took a while to even get over and take our order; after she did, the food took a while to come out, even though it was after the lunch-time rush and the place was nearly empty. The food was good enough. I... More

We have eaten here several times. It is great food, generous portions. Great for lunch fare. We have not eaten breakfast or dinner.

Had lunch at the Tamarack in Inlet, NY in August. The food is good. I sat outside. Steady business. Had the New England Melt. Very satisfying. Good place for lunch or breakfast if you are in the area. Price is reasonable for Adirondacks and plenty of food on the plate.

We had lunch at the Tamarack Café and really enjoyed it. Our sandwiches were very tasty, the waitress was friendly, and the owner/cook came out of the kitchen to talk about hunting with my husband. A great place -- next time we're in Inlet, we'll not hesitate to go back!

Very casual atmosphere and a place where the locals hang out. We had lunch there twice; service was a bit slow (only one server) but the food was good and temperature appropriate when delivered. Prices are reasonable.
