Who knew hops & grub could be so tasty ……

We have been to Sapsuckers for lunch on a Sunday in the the fall and spring, and have enjoyed both times. The food is tasty and the services staff very attentive. The selection on the menu of small appetizers (e.g. olives, hummus) can be enough for a small meal. It is a pub (on the smaller size... read more

A good gastro-pub but the servers are all over you to order. When I drink $10 beers don't ruch me with the food. Hint--do not order apps and entrée at the same time--they will back you up on the food--way too rushed. I appreciate attentive service but this is a bums rush not attentive. Hostess is excellent but slow it... More

Had a business lunch here during the week. The service was very good , attentive and friendly. Each of us enjoyed our meals, everything tasted great. A lot to choose from, and interesting choices at that. Nice selection of craft beers. I would certainly return.

Our food was all tasty (fresh, spicy fish tacos and a prepared-as-ordered burger, each $16), both of which I considered a bit over-priced. However, on a cold winter weekday night, Danielle B offered welcoming, warm, professional service which almost made the cost worthwhile.

...'' One cannot make more of it than it is , a Pub with decent food and some interesting options of Beer on Draft. The people are friendly and the acoutics don't help the incredibly high noise level. Perhaps hanging some Tapestries or some other noise dampening idea would help make this more attractive to a larger range of people... More

Saps is a great place to go after a long day of work or just to catch up with a friend over dinner. My friend and I have made it our regular restaurant whenever we get together. The place is pretty small but it gets very busy so be prepared to wait a little bit and for it to be... More

We had Alabama Sloppy Hammer & the most wonderful skinny fries. Fish & Chips and ordered pretzel bread as we had spreads at the apartment we wanted to try. All was excellent! Service was good & fast. Local brews at the bar while we waited on the food. We told them what we usually drink & they gave us their... More

"You’re a sap and a sucker if you order non-alcoholic drinks here." How does someone charge $15 for seltzer water and ice tea for two people? $60 for a burger and grilled cheese, the food is just not that good. I suggest going elsewhere to eat.

Everything we had here was extremely good. The place itself is a little small, so be prepared to wait if you come at a busy time. We had the mac & cheese (creamy and delicious), grilled cheese, The Chief (which was a super tasty burger, kind of like a classy Big Mac), and the Alabama Sloppy Hammer, and everything was... More
