Tanzy's is a great place to share breakfast or lunch with friends. Comfort food served in a cozy setting, no one rushes you to finish so it is a great place to chat while you enjoy the delicious muffins, variety of sandwich or soup choices or linger over a special dessert (and they are special). And, unlike so many Hudson... More

A recent visit to the burgeoning twee town of Hudson, and I fell into this charming tea shop for breakfast. A nice surprise after a search for exactly this sort of place. There was a preponderance of young weekenders mixed in with a few locals served by two efficient and pleasant young women. I had a very well prepared breakfast... More

I had my handy dandy map and walking guide of Warren St - the main drag - to stroll and seek out a nice brunch. Little did I know it would take 6 loooong blocks (like Avenues in NYC if you know what I mean) to find a place to eat. As my husband and I strolled along I was... More

I have eaten here several times though it has been breakfast each occasion. The service is tops; food is a delicious assortment of choices from French toast, huge fluffy pancakes, to omelets, other egg dishes and good fried potatoes. The charm of the place is the old farmhouse look. You feel as if you have stepped back in time. I... More

I have only eaten breakfast here but the food was tasty, served well, the staff very polite, and I love the decor!

Even if you aren't a Downton Abbey devotee, you'll find something to love about this unpretentious eatery in downtown Hudson. No tea served in paper or plastic here but actual lovely bone china teacups. Real fabric tablecloths and homey decorations grace the walls. Nice variety of sandwiches, soups and be sure to save room for one of their many delectable... More

A very friendly staff and excellent breakfast! We especially enjoyed the cinnamon-raisin french toast, and the omelets were great too. Not only did they have gluten-free bread for my husband, but the chef came out to ask what kind of allergy he had before serving us so she could be extra careful (i.e. use a different toaster, etc). All around... More

We liked the service. Items on menu sounded yummy, but we just wanted coffee. The prices seemed reasonable. On our list to stop in again next time.

I ate breakfast here on a hot Sunday morning in June..found a spot to park in the shade and went to the first breakfast place I could find. I remembered that a reviewer had mentioned that this was a "locals" place. It actually felt touristy to me. Service was excellent and fast. My waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered... More
