DABA opened in 2006 and since then has been offering a fine dining menu in combination with bistro style fare leaving something for everyone on the menu. Coupled with a full bar and a great eclectic wine list DABA also offers a tasting menu, with or without wine pairing. Reservations are a must on weekends. Swedish, sort of

The first time I've had Swedish meatballs in a quality restaurant but they really were delicious, albeit a daunting pyramid on the plate to start. A beet appetizer was less than exciting, however. Overall DaBa offers an interesting twist on more common fare.

Delicious food in warm inviting ambiance. It was a little noisy but worth it for the food. I had the filet mignon, based on Trip Advisor reco's and was so glad I did. It was cooked exactly as I requested (rare, not raw) with the most sublime potato purée and a swath of blueberry sauce and pepper cream that were... More

Very popular local restaurant, with unusual and interesting menu. Try the Paron Chicken: simple roasted chicken on a bed of snap peas, asparagus, roasted pears and prunes, all in a light soy sauce. Delicious!@

The food is always delicious, even the burger is the best. DaBa has it all, atmosphere, awesome food, great service. I love coming here with friends or even a quiet dinner. The back room is a nice little place for a group.

We found DaBa during our first ever visit to Hudson by pure intuition - googled restaurants in the area, looked up the description and the menu and decided to try it. The food was great and well-priced. We had the mushroom soup which was part of their specials. This was the best soup we ever had. We then had their... More

Menu a little different and everything was delicious. Service good and friendly. Very comfortable. We were with another couple and never felt rushed.

This restaurant specialises in Scandinavian cuisine. I had the arctic char for my main course, which was superb. There are other great things on the menu, but I particularly recommend the golden whitefish roe, served with chopped onions and creme fraiche and the most delicious toast ever. Service is very friendly and efficient. The wine list is also excellent. The... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the fabulous meal at DABA. I had the scallops and my husband had the monk fish dish. Both were excellent. Just the right amount and perfect seasoning. The dessert we shared was ok. Blueberry something. But would highly recommend for dinner!
