DABA opened in 2006 and since then has been offering a fine dining menu in combination with bistro style fare leaving something for everyone on the menu. Coupled with a full bar and a great eclectic wine list DABA also offers a tasting menu, with or without wine pairing. Reservations are a must on weekends. Also a charming double bar leaves opportunity to dine solo or keep it casual. DABA... How we advertise locally? "Ask Anyone."

Excellent meal

We tried this restaurant at the recommendation of our B&B and were not disappointed. Our waitress, Jessica was very friendly and accommodating. I was having trouble deciding between the special cod tacos and Arctic char so she suggested that we split the tacos as an appetizer - good call. The tacos... read more

Ate there two nights. Highly recommend their Swedish meatballs and the Arctic char. It was early in the week, so seating available.

We were in town for two nights and chose Da Ba because it offered something a little different. Be sure to make a reservation to assure being seated when you want to be. Also, ask for the front room as it is more atmospheric. The Swedish meatballs were excellent and came stacked liked cannonballs. The chicken was good but not... More

We highly enjoyed DABA. The atmosphere was a good balance between being lively and upbeat, but not being so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. Meatballs were the culinary highlight, and the pear margarita is a winner.

With only 2 days, we didn't want to make a single wrong choice, but we decided to take a chance on DABA, although it was new to us. What a lovely discovery! Just enough options on the menu and evening specials for an ideal range of choices. My husband eats gluten free and the wait staff was well informed about... More

Exceptional meal! Everything was a party in my mouth. The service was excellent. It was worth travelling 3000 miles for this dinner. I will visit Hudson more often! Wish I lived closer.

My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday and we both had a fantastic meal. The ambiance is dark and chic but very welcoming and not at all snobby. Nice cocktail menu and interesting (in a good way!) dinner menu. I went with the Swedish meatballs which were delicious and he had the Atlantic char, which he just raved... More

I enjoyed all aspects of this restaurant. The whole experience is simple and sophisticated. The seating is roomy, but not sparse. You are not seated on top of eachother. The decor is very nice, but not over the top. The staff was attentive, but not overbearing. The night we went there were options for every diet. Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo you... More

The first time I've had Swedish meatballs in a quality restaurant but they really were delicious, albeit a daunting pyramid on the plate to start. A beet appetizer was less than exciting, however. Overall DaBa offers an interesting twist on more common fare.

Delicious food in warm inviting ambiance. It was a little noisy but worth it for the food. I had the filet mignon, based on Trip Advisor reco's and was so glad I did. It was cooked exactly as I requested (rare, not raw) with the most sublime potato purée and a swath of blueberry sauce and pepper cream that were... More
