As you can see from my reviews, Cocono is one of my favorite restaurantes in Queretaro. While I like to visit all the new places I always leave a dinner or lunch for Cocono, and I´ve always thanked myself for doing it. A mexican restaurant without the hotness associated to Mexican food. Probably based from their experience with their Coconut... More

I've been here many times. The service is excellent. The food choice is very good. Great place to go for either large or small groups.

Cocono is located in a very nice, modern, trendy setting. Looks and feels more like a fusion restaurant, but it is not. The menu is very interesting. You can eat from the simplest things like tacos and tortas, to the more sophisticated and elaborated dishes. Service is impeccable, truly outstanding. The menu is full of new ideas to renew traditional... More

Excellent food and fun for hosting a big group of Mexican and US guys... Early this week (Jan/11-2013) we visited the place -24 persons (US & Mexican)-. Food was excellent, quiet and perfect place for nice business dinner. During ordering food some confusion happens, but owner ran the extra mile to meet our expectations. Timing was unbeatable, when serving entree... More

Great meal here with a large group of locals. Fun, lively, yet a slightly private part of the restaurant which made it ideal for a casual "business" dinner. Recommend the "Chumpipes" (which I am told translates roughly as "sandals"), a large tortilla covered with all manner of delicious toppings. Filling and delicious. Would definitely return. Recommended for business/groups if you... More

After reading the rave reviews of this restaurant, it sounded like it would be a great place to eat. All that is likely true, however, we found that the smokers in the lower level were filling the upper seating level with smoke, and so we just turned around and didn't even sit at our table. I haven't normally had an... More

This restaurat WOWED us in every way. Not only is the decor unusual as the kitchen is open to view but it has a very confortable, family feel and yet very sofisticated. The restaurant uses all organic when available and yet it is delicious. Usually organic means avoid in my vocabulary. DELICIOUS!!! You must try this restaurant if you go... More

And against all ods, once again I was happily surprised on my last visit to Cocono. This time the manager recommended something from the Yucatan Peninsula. I must admit that when he explained what it was a tad reluctant, but I decided to give it a try... WHOA, what a great surprise! The "tamal" was more like a corn cake... More

Cocono is one of our favourite Mexican Restaurants in Queretaro. Very attentive service, great Mexican food with a twist that manages to surprise even seasoned foodies that live in Mexico and have obviously tried quite some variety. Cocono is well-balanced in the sense that it's not too sophisticated nor is it bland. Prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is informal but... More

Cocono is one of my favorite's place to eat. Food is great specially if you like mexican food! Chiles en nogada are wonderful and ceviche is yummy! The atmosphere is nice and they have an indoor playground area which is very convinient.
