Evening meal

Enjoyed our meal but the only people in there in 3 hours no atmosphere. Nice food and assume it's better in the height of the season but hassled by the locals getting in

Sit on the raised area drink a cold reasonably priced beer. The breeze up here is lovely. Food is good as well. Reasonable choice on menu. I loved it.

The setting to the restaurant is themed on a traditional African village with partial thatched roofing, although most areas are uncovered and you are able to see the amazing stars. Food here is very good quality and not too expensive either!

Fancies itself as a smart restaurant. Fish was not, mid priced. Watch out for the mossies if sitting by the grass at night. Not bad for a romantic date

Stayed in Kombo Beach hotel few locals said to try this place glad I listened to them. Had a perfect steak & the service from staff was better than any English michelin star restaurants I have been in I travel to Gambia 3 times a year & always head here for the perfect meal.

Must try the Tiger Tempura Prawn - had it 3 times and every time it was amazing. Also, the Hibiscus Icecream was delicious.

Had 3 lovely meals here- good service and reasonably priced. The Captains catch of the day for 2 cooked in foil with mash was really good.

Not sure if it was because they were working using the generator as the power had gone out but the carpet bagger steak was awful. There was also an awful stagnant smell which I think was from the small pond outside. Staff were friendly but service was poor and slow.

You appear to be inside but look up and the stars are watching you. Good food at a good price. I had Baracuda one night and Butter fish the other. Preferred the Butter fish but both really well filleted and no bones.
