We stopped at Crazy Otto's yesterday for a late lunch after a fun day of diamond mining in Herkimer. We had the Mozzaluna app, Philly Cheesesteak and Ortega Burger. Being from the Philly area, let me just say their Philly Cheesesteak is pretty good! The burger was cooked perfectly - medium as ordered. Our server Lisa was very friendly and... More

As I said food was OK here not something I would want to go regularly. But hey the coffee is OK. It has a traveling feel to it with chincy decor. My experience was okay. Nothing great.

My mom and I stopped in before our cruise on the canal for lunch! The menu was full of different items! I had the Polo loco southwest sandwich! It was chicken tenders with provolone cheese, roasted red peppers and a yummy sauce!! My mom had a classic club! Both sandwiches were huge and came with homemade chips. They both were... More

We stopped in here for lunch between diamond mining and canal cruising. It is conveniently located and has great atmosphere and friendly wait-staff. It was not very crowded at around noon on a Tuesday. Food was good, milkshake was outstanding, very thick and tasty. The selection of healthy foods is not great but we all found something to eat.

I had l prime rib small and very dry, My husband had fish fry dry and small he did not eat, Staff was friendly and attentive. They did discount the meal. It seems the burgers and breakfast were the way to go.

We came here after spending the day at the Ace of Diamonds Mine. Our whole family was tired and hungry and Crazy Otto's did not disappoint. We all had burgers shakes and an extra helping of homemade chips(YUM!!!)! The wait staff was very friendly and made us feel at home.

This classical diner has very good food. The 'Freight Train' breakfast has ham, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Pancakes were plate sized. We came back for lunch and had the Ruben and pulled pork sandwich specials that day. The Ruben was excellent. Service was also excellent. There is plenty of metered parking for cars out front, I don't recommend... More

We stopped in Ottos on our way through New York. Upon entering we were greeted promptly and directed to a table. Almost immediately a young lady appoched the tabe, introduced herself as the busser and offered up coffee and gave us menues. It took a few minutes for the waitress to appear and take our order. Once we ordered it... More

May not look like much from the outside but the inside is brimming with history, nostalgia, trivia and friendly staff. Extensive menu - something for everyone and delicious! The regulars asked where we were fun since we were running around with our cameras snapping shots of the amazing collection of license plates, autographed pictures and of course the story of...
