We ate 2 breakfasts here. Both were excellent. The service was spot on, and the atmosphere is fun. Easy parking in front, with cheap meters ready to be fed.....25c per hour. Free on Sundays/holidays. Would be a regular there, if I lived in or near Herkimer. Enjoy!

No air conditioning and it was very hot!! The sweat was dripping off of us. There were flies and we had to keep waving them away from our food. The food was terrible and the service wasn't much better. We had invited friends to meet us there when we traveled to the area for a family reunion. It was embarrassing... More

Great service and the place is filled with all kinds of memorabilia from the past. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent.

Stopped in for breakfast before heading back home. Our waitress Kelly was the absolute best waitress, extremely friendly . The breakfast was delicious and very large. The coffee very good. The diner played 50's music and had all kinds of memorabilia. So many things to look at. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Classic diner decor, building and menu. Simple and tasty food. Generous portions and resonable prices. Great for dinner.

Went in for lunch and really wanted to like it. Fun old railroad car diner covered with memorabilia and many (stolen?) license plates. My companions sandwich was really good but my lunch was awful. I ordered the "Train Wreck" since I like to try "local delicacies". Two hamburgers on a pile of macaroni salad and hash browns covered with a... More

We had a party of 8 adults and 3 children and they easily handled us at 2 tables. All the food came out quickly and at the same time. All dishes appeared to be large. The favorite was the Friday special of a 10 oz. prime rib with two eggs, hash browns and toast. I had liver and onions. You... More
