Lovely, historical restaurant

My friend and I decided last minute to have dinner at the Villa Paul italian restaurant for dinner this past weekend. We had a great experience. I had the pasta bolognese and she had the linguini alfredo. Mine was delicious. I really liked the homemade bolognese sause. We loved the decor of the... read more

A group of my colleagues and our wives went out for a pre-holiday party at Villa Paul recently. I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised. The food, service, and ambience was well above average. I especially enjoyed the Veal Parmagiana which is usually the dish a order when going to an unfamiliar Italian restaurant. If its prepared... First, beautiful relaxing atmosphere- Nice fireplace and wood work- Excellent wait staff- makes you feel like you are part of the family! The food is worth a trip! I'm lucky as I just moved here! My husband is Brooklyn Italian and he loved it! Order the Eggplant tower, baked clams, veal Parm, and shrimp parm. Have the butter brickle cream... More

Visited this restaurant on 11/21/2015 for my aunt's birthday. We had a party of six and we called to make reservations the previous night. Fast service, excellent food, and an overall great experience! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a great meal in the Hampton Bays area.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We appreciate your comments and your patronage. (sorry about the spotty service-we were short handed that night as one of our servers called late in the day with an illness) More

We have eaten at Villa Paul for 40 years and enjoyed three generations of Penzas. This event was a party of 30 for dinner. The service was excellent. The food was good but not up to Villa Paul standards. It is difficult to serve perfect dinners for 30 while also serving a very busy restaurant. Still, I would do this... More

Went to Villa Paul while spending a few days in the Hamptons. I have been going there since it has opened and still think it is one of the best in the Hamptons! Food is always good, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is always good to walk in, as you know what you will be getting! Good drinks,... More

Have been going for decades - sometimes only once a year - and it's still the same. A very old-time Italian restaurant; food is not innovative but always well prepared and very well done. Martinis and any other bar choices are delightful with a wine list with excellent choices at reasonable prices. Ambience is lovely as are the servers. Not... More

Make a reservation! Excellent Italian, local seafood and steaks. Wonderful, courteous service from an attentive wait staff. Be sure to look over the daily specials. Almost too many good things excellently prepared to choose. Save room for dessert. The Tiramisu is the "real deal".

An in-town stand-by with a lovely ambiance and decorated for the holidays. After several tries over the years my conclusion is that I will never get a good, and forget a great meal here. The entrees are costly. I will only speak for myself: tonight's broiled flounder special with a salad, baked potato and broccoli was $30. The fish was... More

This place has a history at this location for generations. It never disappoints. When I started dating my wife some 40 years ago we came here often. Last night we had 7:00 reservations by the fireplace. The occasion was my wife's birthday. She had the duck & I has the cos franchise. Food was wonderful, atmosphere warm and service quite... More
