Great rum punch

The food and atmosphere are great. The rum punch and key lime martinis are the best. The service is the best.

In a lovely, Caribbean styled restaurant on the water, we three dined and really enjoyed everything we ordered! The "Island Ribeye", the "Dominican Ribs", and the tacos were terrific! The smashed potatoes side dish was fabulous, too. No complaint re the white wine. The allegedly "freshly squeezed orange juice" was not very sweet., and the only thing disappointing. The staff... We love Rumbas food but the LI RESTAURANT WEEK menu does not represent their wonderful food. The special menu items are mostly not on their regular menu!! How would you know if you want to go back!! Mussel appy!! Only 5 mussels!! Give me a break!! They are so cheap!! Hanger steak minimal portion!! Dessert!! About 1/3rd the usual size!!... More

The salmon and coconut risotto was sooo goood here. My boyfriend swears by the duck empanadas, which are also great. A wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere and good drinks as well.

Not surprisingly, Rumba has some great rum drinks. But don´t just go for the drinks, because they have great food, an excellent view and friendly waitstaff. The crab cakes and the duck empanadas should not be missed. They have a sister restaurant, Cowfish, and have a shuttle boat (I think its called the Rumboat) and a shuttle bus for parking... More

Went for lunch which was nice, but I think late afternoon early evening might be more fun. Food was good. It was a bit busy so service wasn't great. Perhaps just appetizers a day drinks next time.

Had dinner here last week while in the Hamptons for a few days. One of our favorites, never disappoints! My husband always gets the ribs and I always get the shrimp boat. Always good and the rum punch is the best!

This is one of the must-go places for sit down lunch or dinner if you're looking for a Carribean feel! We enjoyed the jerky chicken on coconut risotto with mango papaya. The risotto has this al dente bite to it. The duck empanadas for appetizer was also a hit! The dressing on the Ahi tuna salad ordered by my hubby... More

The minute you pull up to the valet at Rumba, you're transported to the islands. Food was yummy, drinks AMAZING, and the whole vibe was 'laid back summer night in the Caribbean'. And the prices were the icing on the cake- surprisingly affordable. And now that we know they offer shuttle buses to and from local hotels, next time we... More
