Great atmosphere and views to die for!

Although it is a little off the beaten track, it's a great find. The spectacular views of the Hampton bays create the aura of a peaceful vibe, only to be spoilt by the lack of available parking. My husband and I arrived shortly after opening for lunch and the place was already packed. A good sign... read more

We considered dinner at Rumba the start of summer! The vibe is festive, the drinks generous, and the food a little more imaginative. The key lime pie was a highlight, tart and refreshing with a good cup of French pressed coffee. We only wish that there was a little more dining space as the hyperactive bar does get noisy, making... My fiance and I went here on a spring day in May. It was not too crowded but we came right when they opened. The location on the bay is just stunning. We sat at the high top tables with a great view! I had the watermelon mojito and was worried it would be too sweet, quite the opposite, they... More

We arrived at Rumba about 10 minutes before our 7 pm reservation time, but when we got to the restaurant we were told that there were no parking spaces and that we would have to drive to another location and wait for their bus to take us to the restaurant . We met another couple who were leaving without eating... More

Rumba is a fun and festive place to have drinks with friends and family. If you go with family, I would suggest going early so the crowds are not stacked double at the bar. But the food has a Caribbean vibe and the drinks are delicious!

Very cool place with great simple food and excellent service. The location is nice too, right on the bay. We ordered crab cakes and fish tacos which were both excellent. The crab cakes had a lot of crab and were tasty. The fish tacos were great too - fresh fish and well seasoned cole slaw. Only area of improvement could... More

I had dinner at Rumba today. The food was excellent and the staff was exceptional. We ordered the duck empanada and the artichoke as an appetizer and they were both delicious. We then ordered the Dominican Ribs and the Mahi Mahi both were superb. The Ribs just feel off the bone and are the house specialty. It was time for... More

The food there is beyond yum, you will not be disappointed no matter what you choose to eat. And as for the drinks, get the rum punch which they have perfected. You can escape a little of the madness of life by relaxing on their deck outside enjoying the view. Cheers!

The food is wonderful. The drinks are even better. I had the best mohitos outside of Cuba. They have a shuttle bus that will pick you up and bring you home, which on eastern Long Island is a lovely thing, It is crowded and noisy and you might have to wait a bit for a table, but this just says... Atmosphere is great. Food is consistently good. I love the Prickly Pear Margarita, Pulled Rib Taco & Grilled Artichoke. Parking can be dicey - especially in High Season & on weekends
