I appriciate them being where they are.

I have gone here several times, They are one of the only places to eat in the Town of Hague. The food is interesting at times. I have had good meals here and I have had, not so good meals here. I do hope they last because it is nice to come here once in a while when you don't... read more

We planned to dine outdoors but changed our order to takeout because of our uncooperative kids. We were surprised by the high cost of our meal but after we ate our delicious meal we felt that the cost was worth it. No complaints. We ordered a salmon and pork entree. We will definitely return when we're up in the area... More

We ate hear for a friend's rehearsal dinner. It was wonderful. Food was perfect, staff was great and the location and setting is perfect. Would love to go back for a regular dinner!

The meals were outstanding. We ate there four different evenings. All of our meals were priced appropriately and the staff was very attentive and nice.

The fire house restaurant has a great location, cute Brook in the back. The seating was rather limited- and seating on the inside was very tightly packed in, since the bar takes up 90% of the space. The food was alright, for dinner I had the country fried chicken, which is deep fried and soaked in red hots. In my... More

We have visited the Hague area for over 20 years and usually visit The Firehouse at least once. It is getting worse every year. First, the menu is an odd mix of expensive choices (pork ragout over pasta for $26) and standard pub grub (burgers, fish and chips). We started with a salad and chicken wings. Salad was mediocre; chicken... More

It is summer in Lake George and very busy. The Firehouse was packed and yet, our server was very courteous and the food was great. Drinks were good as well.

Stopped to have dinner at this local eatery while in Hague. Everything was fine until the Buffalo wings appeared. After the first bite is was obvious by the pink color of the chicken that it wasn't cooked through. The order was taken back with no questions or grief from the waitress. When returned however the wings were still raw on... More

The Firehouse Restaurant in Hague offers good food and generous drinks to patrons both local and summer visitors. The clientele ranges widely in age, dress, and expectations, but the Firehouse works hard to attempt to please them all. There is a lovely deck overlooking a rushing stream (topped by a large retractable awning if needed), the main bar/dining room, and... More
