Basic breakfast

Have been here several times for breakfast. I love the old time atmosphere and the location. The food is just ok, but at this point I know what to expect and still return. The wooden booths near the window allows you to do some people watching.

Spent the day out in Greenport. Planned on eating at 2 other locations, but upon arrival found out they closed. Decided to eat lunch here. We had breakfast for lunch. I ate banana walnut chocolate chip pancakes. They were so fresh and so yummy. Very big portion, was not able to finish it all. My husband had a French toast... More

Food is fine based on my own experience, which was basically just for breakfast. I've heard mixed review from neighbors in the area but my experience was fine.

This is a wonderful place to go for breakfast - when we have appointments in Greenport we make a point of stopping in for eggs, pancakes and waffles. Their coffee, while not made in an espresso machine, is really consistently quite good. The service is friendly and it is a nice step back in time.

Step back in time and enjoy delicious fare from the pancakes to fish and chips. Don't forget the fresh made lemonade.

Standard looking luncheonette (and I mean that in a good way) but the food is several notches above standard fare. Fresh ingredients, really good bread, friendly and helpful service. Worth a visit.

Stopped in for breakfast. The service was lacking and it took a while before we even saw a server, but once they got our order, things got a little better. The food was great and a good value for the money.
