We have lived in Great Neck for past six months looking for decent japanese without going to queens manhattan. This place is ONLY good japanese in 10 mile radius- try fish&chips, Spicy albacore tataki, croquette, edemame falafels, all creative and tasty. Even the basic sashimi is fresh and tasty. Miraku is a beautiful restaurant with food to match. I especially recommend fish and chips ,edamame falafel, japanese sweet potato bisque, tempura udon and any sushi or sashimi dish, shumai, and chicken gyoza.
