Four of us visited the Village Inn after a day of golf. We were hungry and certainly were not disappointed. The beer was cold, drinks well made and the food was excellent. We had both specials and off the menu. The cheddar, broccoli stuffed chicken over rice was amazing. Such flavor!! The burger, beef on weck and chicken with portabella... More

while it's not the Cheap Gourmets' style to re-review a restaurant without a major makeover, our recent visit, an escape from a withering winter, merits re-telling... a "black & blue" rib sandwich on superb bread, traditional club on the signature sourdough, perfectly set off with a bison brewery bock and finished with a lemon cream pie on a graham crust... The best soup in WNY! A changing variety and everyone is perfect! Good sandwiches and great burgers. A great place for lunch or light fare. Dinners aren't bad but this is a lunch place or similar food.

I've been here twice and thought the place was great both times. The service was friendly and prompt, the menu is varied, they have a great selection of beers on tap and the food was fantastic. The atmosphere somehow reminds you that you're close to the water...it's not a beach theme, but it has a coastal feel. it's a well-worn,... More

The Village Inn is our favorite restaurant on Grand Island, mainly because of the excellent food at excellent prices. Service is fine. Good beer selection. Specials are posted on a dry-erase board and change daily. Everything is homemade. Soups and desserts are outstanding. Appetizers and entrees are well conceived. Fish fry on Wednesdays and Fridays, in particular panko breaded, is... More

The Village Inn never disappoints! We went on a Saturday night around dinner time and the place was packed in winter! Great variety for a reasonable price. I had the chicken parmigana and took half of it home. Home made desserts are always delish! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Went here for lunch and had a delicious chicken Caesar wrap. Nice setting in a more residential area of GI. Not too pricey either

The Village Inn has been a family restaurant for over 20 years. If there is anything to definitely go to the Inn for is their Soups and desserts. Always home made. The soups are always delicious and interesting, and the desserts you can always tell are made by an expert, and with love.

On our way from Lansing,MI to visit my sister in the Finger Lakes area, we decided to go out to dinner while staying the night at a nearby KOA. We just picked it off of Google maps because we wanted someplace close to eat that wasn't a chain. We were pleasantly surprised with this cute cottage like building, personable staff... More
