Wild Fig offers the genuine thing--well-prepared, appetizing, and inexpensive Turkish food. We lived in Turkey for two years and have returned there a number of times for visits. Thus, eating at Wild Fig brings back fond memories. We highly recommend the Wild Fig if you want to give Turkish food a try. It is the real thing. The place is... More

I ordered the sliced lamb and steak lunch special, and was completely satisfied with the portion size. For the price, I was given an ample amount of authentic Mediterranean food. Would definitely eat here again. Service was prompt and courteous. Seating is a bit limited for large groups, though. Best come here for a sit-down meal with a maximum group... More

8 of us ordered take out for dinner on a Saturday night. The variety of the menu was impressive and goes beyond typical Greek restaurant offerings. We ordered salads, appetizers, flafels, and entrees. Everything was excellent. The chicken was dry & The bread was not traditionally served pita bread, so a little disappointing, but overall very good food at an... More

Nothing special but it's relatively inexpensive decent middle eastern food. It's nice that you can have a big salad and add to it some falafel or gyro or kebab

Yum! VERY Good, large portions, friendly service. Atmosphere a little sterile and gets loud when crowded. We have been 3 times while visiting Glen Cove and plan to go back again.

We've eaten here several times and the seafood, lamb and poultry are excellent. The menu is quite varied and everyone was very pleased with their entrees. The prices are very reasonable and the restaurant gets crowded with people waiting on Saturday night. So make reservations and enjoy this very fine restaurant.

Ran into this place by accident stopping for lunch in Glen Cove. Wonderful food at very reasnable prices. Falafel that had true flavor NOT the usual cardboard imitation. The Mez platter with Humus , Babaganouis , White Bean salad and the MUST try spicey feta humus . The bread is made onsite.
