In town for the first time and based on Trip Advisor recommendations, found Jo Jo's, but the restaurant was closed with no sign on the door of any explanation. This was a Saturday, when it would be expected that a restaurant should be open.

Loved Jo Jos! Excellent, friendly service that went above and beyond for special low carb requests and didn't balk at splitting check. The casher even walked outside with us to direct and advise on best local sites to see!

In this converted old Victorian house, the meals are yummy and the service great. A private room in the back is perfect for a small bridal/baby shower (fitting only about 20). Brunch menu is great - too many choices. Stuffed french toast is outstanding. Lots to choose from. Muffins on the table are irresistable.

I may go back and offer them one more shot to make it right, but they give small portions and the restaurant is rather a maze. I think the waitress forgot about us at one point because we sat in the back of one room and never got our waters! I would like to see improvements and maybe I wouldl... More

The breakfast menu looked divine but I honestly liked the food at lunch better. Try the lobster roll or a sandwich on a pretzel roll...yum.

Came across by mistake, as we were staying in Glenn Cove. I can not fault anything, staff brilliant and friendly, food excellent and a great choice. We initially went for breakfast, but enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back in the evening for dinner, different staff but each and everyone of them were polite, happy and helpful... More

We love this place! We have been here any times in the year or so since it opened and have never been disappointed. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly, and the food — and we've tried dozens of different dishes — is always finely prepared and presented. Reasonably priced, too.

My daughter and I read the reviews for this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! when we pulled up to the entrance which was just like a country inn. the owners have retained the historical ambiance of this magnificent colonial which has four different dining rooms that were warm and cozy. The original... More

This place is abolutely delicious... the menu is awesome something for everyone! I came here with a big group hungover from a wedding. The waitresses were so friendly and accommodating. They brought us coffee right away! The food was yummy. I had the spicy corn fritatta - it did not disappoint! I also had a taste of my friends pancakes... More

This restaurant is calm and peaceful. The seats are comfortable and the menu is varied for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The pancakes, baked oatmeal, and English breakfast were delicious and excellent choices for breakfast. I have not tried the lunch yet but the panini sandwiches, soups, and salads are great for dinner. The amount of food is ample and satisfying.... More
