The food was not bad but the menu was very limited. We only ate there one night because of this. The service was good but we would eat someplace else if we return

We enjoyed lunch out on the terrace. It was a gorgeous day; the servers were all very pleasant; the food was tasty - mussels, beef on weck; we shared a (large) glass of their own Red - we had to drive! I could have sat and looked at the lake for hours, but regretfully, had to get going!

I have no idea how this has received good reviews. we stopped in for a light lunch and were deeply disappointed. They were out of one dish. The gazpaucho I had instead was dreadful, very vinergary and almost tasting off. The service was inattentive and slow. Not worth the visit.

Gorgeous location overlooking Senaca Lake. Big comfy leather chairs and great decor. I had an excellent burger and a great bottle of stout. Service was fast and efficient, not real friendly but who cares?

Waitstaff weren't very friendly, it seemed we were a burden not a customer. My cup of soup of the day was not correct and I would have said something but no one came to the table after our entrees were brought to us. We waited over 30 minuted after finishing our meal for our check. Meanwhile, we watched a line... More

We go here every year when we come home for Christmas and it is always awesome. Fire blazing and friendly staff. Bar is fully stocked and food is comfort food at it's best. A definite must when you are in town for wine country. There is a fire pit outside where you can take your drink and relax after a... More

The lobby ladies room smelled! My soup had a plastic bread bag clip in it. We'll lunch elsewhere on the way home.

On our recent visit to Belhurst Castle we just popped down to Stonecutter's for a drink before dinner. The bartender was personable and the drink he made for us was PERFECT. The lounge has a lot of character and looks out and down to Seneca Lake. It's a really nice setting. Two years ago we also had lunch there. In... More

We ordered wine / beer, along with crab cakes & mussels. We paid $14 for 11 mussels in what seemed like lemon water broth :( . The crab cakes looked perfect, but were cold. We did request them to be warmed up. After about 15 min, they returned new crab cakes that were lukewarm. We couldn't eat them. So, after... More
