Halsey's was recommended by the owner of the house we rented this past week. It was so good that we went back to dinner twice. The food was great, the atmosphere quite warm and cozy, and the staff were wonderful. I do not hesitate in highly recommending Halsey's for a dinner for two, or a group of friends.

Stopped in on a Tuesday night with a friend. We called 1/2 hour earlier for a reservation & were seated immediately. Along with our menus, we were given a basket of warm soft cubed flatbread and a dish with olive oil, bals. vin, grated cheese & raw garlic for dipping. I could make a meal of that any time. I... We stayed in Geneva for two nights and upon recommendation from our innkeeper, we went to Halsey's for dinner. You'd expect a busy Friday, but we waited for 25 minutes for a table and another 30 minutes for our food (once order was placed). All the staff were really friendly, but the waits were excessive. There were a lot of... More

We went to this restaurant as it was recommended by the Hotel we were staying. First we arrived a little after 6:30 and were asked if we had a reservation, we did not. The restaurant was 10% filled at best. They informed us they could give us a table, but we had to be finished by 8pm. By the time... More

We ate here for a late dinner on our first night in Geneva. We were seated upstairs in a quaint little table agains the wall. Our waitress, Nina, was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area.

My daughter and I ate there the other night. The Caprese salad was made with locally grown tomatoes and was delicious. We also had the house pizza and it was also good. For dessert we shared the blackberry creme brulee. It was excellent. I don't like a cold creme brulee and this was warm and with the blackberry's added it... More

This restaurant has lovely decor and very friendly service. The salads were tasty, as were the pizza and vegetarian options.

Quaint restaurant with good service. Food was fine. Halsey's attempt to provide culinary diversity and did a decent job. I would not say the food was outstanding, but it was enjoyable and what was described. Not bad - not great - not many options downtown Geneva so probably good for an adult group . service and atmosphere were good.

Thought we would try the wood fired wings...WOW....never had'm like that before and can honestly say regular pub wings won't cut it anymore! The piping hot dish arrived, cheese still bubbling around the edge while crispy wings bathed in a creamy Parmesan sriracha sauce. A delightful mouthful of flavour. Geneva's gold mine.
