Last week my wife and I happened to stop by London Lennie's for lunch. We had the lunch special ($20). We both began our lunch with a bowl of New England Clam Chowder which was simply delicious, two entrees my wife had salmon, I had a battered fish and shrimp combo, which was wonderful, followed by a great cheese cake... As my Wife and I were driving on Woodhaven Blvd, we happened to spot this restaurant and said, "Why not go in and see what they have to offer." We were very pleasantly surprised that it was a totally upscale restaurant specializing in seafood. We spend a lot of time in New England and London Lenny's could hold its own... More

My husband and I were there this past Saturday, as we have been many times. Without a doubt the food is superlative and the lobsters are the freshest and largest to be found in the area. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great meal. But the service has deteriorated. Granted they were extremely busy and there were... More

We had a large family gathering of around 40 people following my grandfathers funeral. The food was very good. The steaks and seafood were delicious. The alcoholic beverages were generous. The wait staff was fantastic and hustled to bring everyone food and drinks quickly. Our only concern was some of the desserts did not seem fresh. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Although I've driven past this restaurant for many years, I've never paid attention to it. We went there for my daughter's birthday and I was so pleasantly surprised that I had never heard about it before. The service was excellent as was the food. I had a filet mignon that was cooked to perfection and my family all ate seafood... More

We came here because it had been highly recommended by friend who had not been there for years, but had gone there often in the past. We ordered the salmon salad....don't! The spinach was tough and inedible, the salmon overcooked and in the same state, and contained some unidentifiable roasted vegetables. We left 80% of it uneaten, and no server... More

We ate at London Lennies restaurant for the first time for a birthday celebration, arriving after three hour drive from Delaware. There were about 35 persons and we were ordering from one of the three dinner menus (of 3 courses) for special occasions. These menus had choices of several salads, about five entrees, and several deserts. My wife chose the... More

Always crowded, expect to wait about half hour. Appetizers are good, such as soft shell crab, New Zealand green mussel.... They have good wine list but beers are limited (No craft beer- a little disappointed). Seafood always fresh and seasonal. Atmosphere is wonderful and servers are knowledgeable.

Having read the reviews on this restaurant, and also having visited it many years ago, I was expecting a wonderful dining experience. Sad to say, I didn't get it. It took forever for our party to even place our initial drink order after being seated. I had a cup of their New England Clam Chowder and only ate about two... More
