Truly good coconut shrimp ! My favorite. frijitas permeate the restaurant. And the homemade guacamole - excellent prepared table side. Lively location most nights .

Nothing special about this place. This just the same boring Mexican food. No of the dishes are 5 stars. Just on step above Taco Bell. Wait times for food are long. I ordered my meat medium came out dry !!!

During my yearly visit to Fishkill I decided to finally have lunch at this restaurant after passing by it many times, I must say I was really impressed with the food and the live music. The proportions were perfect I had the chicken burrito it was very good, my girls had the chicken tacos which they liked alot and they... More

In my opinion, this is the best Mexican food in the area. The table salsa is just OK as are the chips. I would suggest adding some of the hot sauce available. The entrees are excellent but pricey for the portion size. The bar is great and the drinks are very good, especially the frozen Margaritas. The entire staff is... More

The food here was great, but the price for the portion size was not. I admit I am a little snobbish when it comes to Mexican food after living in TX and CA.

This place is so much more than a typical mexican restauant. The Mayan influence is what sets the menu apart. I have enjoyed so many of their chefs specialties, lots of excellent beef, pork, chicken, and fish dishes, and the service is attentive. You may need to wait for a table, but they have a nice bar where you can... More

I was not expecting much from this place as the area was near a bunch of malls and chain restaurants. We went in on a Sunday evening and the place was busy, always a good sign in my book. The restaurant itself was dimly lit and on the dingy side. This is the reason for one less star. The waitress... More

Three couples who had not seen each other in two years met at the Maya Café for lunch. We had heard OK things about it and it was equidistant for each couple to meet there. When we arrived, there was no one in the restaurant and we were seated at a great table for 6. Our waiter came over immediately... More

My daughter and I ate dinner here after a lot of traveling. This was the first place I'd been to since moving out of Las Vegas that had Mexican food to remind me of home. Salsa is fresh and a bit chunky with vegetables. Chili Rellanos is actually done the right way, too! Serving sizes were decent. Service was great,... More
