Excellent food and service

The food was amazing as was the service. Especially on Easter Sunday. I had duck breast and my wife had salmon. Both of agreed that our dinner was excellent. The restaurant was a little loud as we sat in the area where the bar and part of the dinning room are. Still it was great

We were a group of four for Friday lunch. Everyone enjoyed the food. The pappardelle with duck ragu would have been a 10+ if it had a touch less salt, but still very, very good. The regular spaghetti and the pasta special were both reported as very good by my friends, and the fourth person in our party raved about... More

Did lunch with friend on a weekday. First of all, the chiabatta bread is fabulous when smeared with the creamy whipped ricotta and EVOO spread provided. Both my friend and I ordered appetizer portions of pasta. I had the pappardelle with duck ragu and my friend had the simple spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil. Both were... My wife and I decided to spend our annual Valentine's Day Dinner a night early on a frigid Friday night a couple weeks ago at our favorite Hudson Valley restaurant, Il Barilotto. Put our names in with Scott, the manager, and stepped next door for a drink or two and a 45 minute wait, which was well worth it. You... More

The wine list is amazing even for novices like myself. The staff is very helpful. Specials are always delicious and varied. The only concern is that portions are large for me. Reservations are recommended for groups of 5 or more. It is pricey, but well worth it.

From the time we walked in, we did not have a reservation, it was only 5:30, they seemed to be upset that we arrived right after the door sign said they were open, nothing was put together, it was cold, raining, they were absolutely so rude, we left before they even noticed we were out the door

This restaurant never fails to impress-lunch or dinner. During our most recent dinner visit, my wife had the insalata di cavalo nero with the risotto of the day. I started my meal with the Prince Edward mussels with sweet vermouth, garlic and cherry tomatoes. I was tempted to cancel my entree and have another platter of mussels but fortunately settled... I have been going to this place for quite a few years and it is always very good. Best mixologist in the Hudson Valley.

Il Barilotto is a popular spot in Fishkill, and for good reason. They serve up carefully crafted dishes that never disappoint. Service is on par with the quality of the food, and overall you can pretty much guarantee a great experience here, whether you're up for a casual lunch with business partners or an upscale dinner with your loved one.... Everything was amazing. The food and the service were flawless. I ordered the lamb shank and an apple salad both were fantastic. My server was extremely attentive and knowledgable
