My wife and I have made it a habit to dine here several times a year. We have never been disappointed. the food is always prepared as ordered and the service exceptional. I had the Blue Point Oysters and they were shucked perfectly. No shell pieces at all. the cheese platter is inspiring. I had the Shrimp Provencal. The sauce... More

For more formal, dress-up evenings, you may enjoy the dining rooms. For my tastes, dressed-up or casual, I prefer the bistro. The staff is always friendly and professional. Also, DO NOT MISS THE SEA SCALLOPS. My girlfriend, who has traveled all over the world, says they are the best she's ever had. I couldn't agree more.

Been there twice, and twice disappointed. A few too many ingredients in many dishes. Ruins the flavor. Simple is best. Trout served with (canned?) black olives- doesn't work. So many olive choices. Why serve the cheapest? A list of specialties has about 10 ingredients per dish, and they really can't pull it off. Stick with simple. Martini too warm. Ate... More

Always one of our favorites... When you combine the ever changing menu, strong wine selection and great service you always have a winner. Arad Evans gives you dining style options from private dining, formal relaxed elegant dining to our favorite the bistro option. In the summer months you can enjoy outdoor dining in the Bistro area, one of the few... More

Here for a reunion dinner, and new to me. Great choice in this old home. You'll feel very at home, the servers all polite and helpful, and the food was prepared perfectly, especially considering the size of our group. Creative preparation of great traditional choices. You'll be very comfortable here

We scheduled a graduation dinner at the Arad Evans Inn well in advance on the reference of another family. When we arrived they had changed the menu to a prix fix event based on graduation weekend and Mother's Day. Despite a few changes, everything the four of us chose for both appetizer, salad and entrees were outstanding. Our server Olivia... More

Within the last few months, I have gone to the Arad Evans in on two Sundays. It is a God-send that it is open on the day when most other restaurants that aren't fast food ones are closed. On both occasions, the meals were superb. I can say that the Andouille and Shrimp Dip had just the right bite to... More

Nine of us had dinner in an upstairs private room celebrating receiving an award. The atmosphere was obviously festive made even more so by our surroundings. A single server took care of us and did an outstanding job. The menu was extensive but manageable. The wine list was quite extensive and fairly priced. There were a great variety of tastes... More

The Arad Evans Inn which is located on Rt. 5 in Fayetteville, NY is an elegant dining experience. There are two choices for your dining pleasure, traditional dining room or the bistro bar. My preference is the bar, which has tables for small parties, and high top tables around the perimeter of the restaurant. It is a happy place and... More
