Great View

Great place to visit by boat...food average, cute, young enthusiastic wait staff....a " local" place. Fish chowder is the best item on the menu

The Lobster Poutine at the Old Dock is well worth driving hours to enjoy. The rest of the food is excellent too, and there's a wide variety of beers on tap. Plus the setting on the waters edge of Lake Champlain is stunning, with great outdoor dockside dining when the weather is nice.

I live in Burlington and have a family camp farther north, but I've only eaten here a few times... by choice. Its a well known trap. Its fine for just drinks and nachos or something, but save yourself and stop there. It had been years since I tried eating a real meal there, but when the local Sat night Taco... More

This place was a great place to spend a sunny late afternoon. The view is sensational and the food is pretty good, the fish seemed fresh and tender plus really tasty coleslaw. Service was friendly and unpretentious, think local folks who work there during the season. Enjoyed our margaritas then took the ferry over to VT - view back over... More

Three of us went on Labor Day Monday for Lunch. The weather was spectacular. We sat outside in a shaded area, overlooking the water. I think any place, inside or out, would have been great. I ordered the curried chicken salad wrap, which came with cole slaw and fries. I never eat fries, so they offered to switch them for... More

My fish and chips and wings were great. My husband loved his thai noodles. Service was very good. Would return.

Have been here several times just for drinks, but had lunch this time. Had the French dip and it was a lot of food. Fries were nice and crispy and the roast beef was tender and juicy. And the Piña Colada was awesome. Highly recommend this place. And you can't beat the views. Every staff member we have come across... More

My wife and I usually have lunch there after enjoying the ferry ride to Vermont, which everyone should do since it is one of the more scenic spots on Lake Champlain. This time at the restaurant, I had the Buffalo Shrimp taco with fries and cole slaw, which I enjoyed. My wife had the flat bread which we both liked.... More

This restaurant has really gone down hill. The food is very mediocre and over priced. The salad I ordered was tasteless and unappealing. Our other meals were poorly prepared and marginally edible. This is still a lovely setting, and the bar is probably a good choice, but stopping here for a meal is no longer so unless you don't care... More

We enjoyed our cocktail and appetizer outside on a lovely evening. Just before our dinner arrived, the 4 piece band with HUGE speakers started to play and we could no longer carry on a conversation. The music was way too loud. We will NOT return to this restaurant for dinner. Impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting.
