I have come to Ping's Seafood for dim sum and dinner many times. I think they may have changed chefs because the quality of the food is no longer that good. I have come to Ping's Seafood for dim sum and dinner many times. I think they may have changed chefs because the quality of the food is no longer that good. Had to visit Chinatown during my vacation. Pings was recommended by my hotel concierge. I am a big fan of Dim Sum, and am familiar with it from Chinatown Chicago. Pings did not dissapoint. A fun dining experience for brunch. For those not familiar with the concept, dim sum restaurants are Chinese restaurants serving a variety of Chinese delicacies brought around by carts. This place is great if you live in the area and don't want to head out to Chinatown or Flushing. One of the best things about this place is it has its own parking lot across the street from it so don't need to worry about parking like in Flushing and Chinatown.
