I love the Eggplant for morning meetings. I have been there many many times. Great breakfast, the waitresses are wonderful. Endless coffee and they cook eggs anyway you want them. Pancakes omelette's - everything is good..

We ordered omelets. Next time I would order pancakes. Everything was just ok. My omelette with tomatoes was runny. However, it was an interesting place but order the pancakes.

This was a weekly favorite when I lived in the 'cuse. Omlets of all kinds (including the peanut butter - don't knock it if you haven't tried it) and, of course, the THB (toasted honey bun). Good prices, good coffee, solid staff and service. Not open "all night" like the original location down the road, but still feels like home.

We were there on a Saturday morning and were told that there was a 45 minute wait for 2 people...but we were able to snag 2 seats at the breakfast bar (so keep your eyes peeled since it is first come first served!)

Awesome legendary diner style restaurant! Awesome food no matter what you get! I have always leaned to the breakfast menu, and they cater to the kids with some neat menu items. Even the grilled cheese id off the hook good!

We did havw a long wait for our food, but they were down a cook and super attentive to our coffee. Food is worth the wait.

Looking for a quick late evening dinner, my wife and I stopped by the All Night Egg-plant, NOT Eggplant the fruit vegetable, but as in place you can get eggs anytime. The menu is VERY simple and slanted more towards breakfast with a little bit of lunch and really nothing that is "dinner" like. They offer NO fried items and... More

Terrific breakfast place. Omelets made with fresh ingredients arrived fast and hot. The coffee was refilled without having to ask.

Omelets are great, service good, keeping coffee filled up. Home town feeling. Can't miss with this place for breakfast, but it can get crowded so watch yout timing.

We love going to the All Night Eggplant for honey bun splits in particular. They do an excellent job on this tasty dessert. Their menu offers a unique variety of omelette options as well as a bunch more comfort foods.
