I don't comment on an establishment unless I have visited numerous times. At the Crossroads the food is usually very good. I say usually because last time we went more than one dish was slightly over-cooked. Granted it was a busy holiday but still a usually delicious dish was only fair this time around. Prices are kind of high. Pasta... More

Have been coming here for 15 years and te food has always been consistent and very very good. Rob the owner is a good guy and his team in the kitchen puts out very good food. Service can be spotty by the wait staff. We have taken our kids in the past but no longer do because of one waitress... More

Nice restaurant in East Northport NY. Has been around for years with the same owner/chef. They have great dinner specials in the middle of the week, & have GREAT service. Food is very good & nice wine list.

After a lengthy absence, I returned to this past favorite. While there were some changes to the menu, there is still plenty to enjoy here. During the week, tables are easy to come by, and you get plenty of attention. The wine list is on the shorter side, and leans towards the pricey side, but the are bottles in all... More

Stopped by on a Saturday night and was impressed with the quality of the food. The oysters were ice cold and tasty. My wife and I both tried the lobster and shrimp in a cream sauce over linguine special and loved it. Lots and lots of lobster meat in a really rich sauce. The owner/head chef Rob Haddow spends his... The ambiance and food got 4 stars. Our server gets 5. The food we got was, well my wife's litle neck clams over linguine excellent and mine was OK also. The skirt steak was cooked as I requested, "medium rare" but it was on the chewy side, but the gravy was outstanding and plating made it a success. The drinks... More

Disappointed by the quality of the food. Vegetables seem to be the same every time we go there and we've decided to skip it although it's very local. Much better places in Northport like The Bistro or Ship's Inn.

Nice to see the owners there all the time, but they seem to have lost their touch. Food has been better. Service has slowed down. Menu is stale. We were frequent patrons for a long time, but have not been there in a while. It will probably be a long time before we go back again. Lots of other places... More

Which is too bad. They have a great location and large dining area. The menu is basic but the prices are a bit much considering I can get better food elsewhere. The dining room is outdated, appearing to keep an "authentic" look, which really doesn't work anymore. They offer great dinner specials during the week, but I really don't see... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The menu is limited but that is only because everything is made fresh to order. The fish they serve here is always a great treat and always fresh. We have never had a problem with our food or service when ever we eat here. The chef/owner walks around and you... More
