The Golden Pear is an excellent choice for a delicious meal or a quick bite. They are very busy all year round and everything is made fresh to order. Coffee is delicious.

During the lunch rush, it is hard to find a seat... good food selection, decent price and service was pleasant though. I would visit again when in the area – they had plenty of options for the health conscious.

Stopped here on the way home, the inside is large with lots of tables and a parking lot on the side of the building. The staff are friendly, and the food is fresh and great tasting. However it is a little pricy$$$ All and all, I would stop here again to eat.

We've been coming for years. Must love it, right. Not this morning. Ordered two Breakfast Burritos. Two SPA Breakfast Burritos arrived. Staff rude and argued with us that we HAD ordered the spa. Could do with some customer orientation training. Well a refresher (normally excellent service) at least.

Food was alright, service was rude and difficult to be understood. What was a very average lunch for two in a cafe, in plastic and paper plateware was over $30.

Terrific coffee, yoghurt and toast. The service was good and it's always nice to eat in a clean restaurant/cafe. Thanks- I will be back.

Gave it a second chance. Prices are still ridiculous. The coffee is horrible. Where is Starbucks when you need one! I know why Golden Pear fights to keep chains out of town even Dunkin Donuts or McDonald's would be an improvement. God forbid a Denny's opened up next door, they would have to close their doors

the seating is limited... but the food is good.. they have good coffee good pastry . the only problem is they jack up the prices when the summer comes.. which it's hard for some locals to afford these prices... the staff is friendly... some don't speak English which can be tough
