East Hampton's Fresno is unlike any other Hamptons restaurant mainstay. Think European sensibilities: more Provence than New York, more old world than traditional, more food, and more wine. The atmosphere is relaxed, neighborhood vibe. All are welcome to feel like they're somewhere else for just a few hours...

Inspired menu, delicious apps& entrees but sadly disconnected service

The flavors we savored every step of the way tantalized the palate. From the fresh Burratta with heirloom tomatoes to the piquant Spanish octopus with a subtle hint of smoke, the preparation was perfect. The tuna tartare tasted refreshing and crisp. The pear salad with pumpkin seeds was a terrific... read more

Stylish, chic, sassy resto in the Village of East Hampton. Dining room is bustling, long bar is a sought-after dinner spot for singles and couples; in the summer the outdoor pergola is open and increases dining capacity by 50%. Menu has evolved over the years and is very strong these days, focusing on using local fish/meats/farm stand organics. Staff is... More

Fresno has been a staple in our dinner routine whenever we are out on the East End of Long Island. Michael has a very successful formula that he's perfected over the years and it works! The environment, staff and local ingredients & special dishes are always enjoyed. And the bar makes an excellent vodka martini!

Great choice of food. Though there are no vegeterian dishes in the menu, you may order entree without meat or fish.

A dinner at Fresno's with good friends turned into a disappointing and aggravating evening. I ordered a pork chop that was so soaked in salt that it was impossible to eat. I complained to the waiter who graciously took the food back to the kitchen and offered me another entree to take home. One of my friends could not eat... More

Fun, casual spot with good, creative food. They focus on fresh seasonal food. The tile fish in a curry cream sauce was delicious. The burger with fries was another popular selection. Desserts are $12 and that seemed ridiculous for the tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce served to one of our party. We sat in the enclosed... More

This restaurant is like our home away from home. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, the atmosphere very civilized. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant in the summer. All in all, a really great place.

Only sat at the bar but will return to enjoy the restaurant and entrees. The bar is right by the entrance and the bathrooms are close by (always a plus) Didn't stay for too long but was impressed with what I experienced. The bartender was very good and attentive . Ordered the calamari and was surprised with how fast it... More

Had a good meal on a Sunday nite. Nice selection and very friendly service. But they were overwhelmed and the service was spotty and MIA. Also, this is not a young or hip spot. It caters to an older crowd and as such is simple and reliable.
