The food is very good and the service is excellent. There is a wide variety of choices and the prices are reasonable. It's kid friendly and usually quite busy. I don't think I would order a steak dinner there but for salads, burgers, sandwiches, etc. it's terrific.

If you're looking for a quick and easy diner style meal, John Papas is fine. The burgers, omelettes and basic salads are fine. On the salads, one would be well advised to ask for the dressing on the side since they are usually very generously dressed. One time, the server enticed us into getting a prime rib which was a... I've been there Two times in the past 4 months, they messed my burger both times. I asked for Med. rare, came out like a hockey puck. They took it back came out raw .At this point running late for movie. Dopey waitress, just said im so sorry it happened twice and did even offer to take it off the... More

Long established diner type restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fairly priced, decent food, no atmosphere. Good spot of lunch.

If you want diner food then this is the right place for you. The food is always fresh, always good and the service is fast and friendly. It's not the most stylish place but for a quick bite I would highly recommend it. As the owner is from Grece all the greek dishes are very good, but also the sandwiches... More

Usually stop here with friends when we go to the East Hampton Movies and we are never disappointed. A very local restaurant/diner with good food, especially their Greek specialties. However, this is not to take away their other daily specials which are very good. Not much atmosphere here, just lotsa comfort food. It gets real crowded around dinner time, so... More

I liked that it's a good breakfast place and it's very convenient when you want a good quick breakfast. It's not gourmet food but it's pretty decent, especially when you don't have to much time to eat.

We arrived at 11:45. Sat down at 12:21. Ordered an omelet around 12:25. Received the omelet around 12:33. Oily. Mediocre at best. At 12:46 a waitress came to us to rudely ask "are you done yet?!" with the clear implication that we should rush and finish faster since there was a waiting line. This was 13 minutes after receiving our... More
