Great breakfast location; good value

I had breakfast at John Papas three days in a row. The oatmeal was excellent, as was the coffee. I recommend it for good food at a reasonable price.

This is a diner type restaurant that serves very good food at reasonable prices. They have nightly specials but anything on their vast menu is good. Lovated in the main East Hampton parking lot it is easily accessible A great place to eat - .

It is a very nice quanty little diner. It has all of diner qualities, excluding the tacky decor. It has some greek qualities to it as well, since the owner is greek himself. Most of the food is pretty good, but nothing astonishing. Its just a nice place to go to if you're craving something simple and quick. Lovely family... More

I went to breakfast with friends who live in the area. The food was quality diner fare and the service was attentive and prices were decent considering the area. I'd go back.

This is a good stop in East Hampton. Fair priced and good food. Basically set up like a diner. There are only a few tables so try to come before or after peak hours

Visited this place with my lady a few nights ago. She was hoping to have breakfast dinner. I love the decor and the classic diner feeling of John Papas. It's relaxing and simple - just like a diner should be. I wasn't impressed with the service, though. Our hostess did not come back to our table for refills and the... More

I love the people who run this place. It is very much a 50's diner: booths, linoleum and a counter. If you order a greek salad you will get a Greek salad- you can even add chicken. There is always soup. There is service with a smile. An iced tea is an iced tea not some artisanal version. The food... More

Right in the middle of East Hampton Village off Main Street with a view of the parking lot, this is the real un-Hampton restaurant where you will want to go to get away from all the entitled snobs and day trippers. It is basically a typical family-run Greek diner with the usual dishes (Greek salad with feta cheese, simple fish... More

Get breakfast, lunch or dinner at this reliable small spot with booths and tables. American food with several daily lunch and dinner specials. Unpretentious.
