Description: Overlooking Three Mile Harbor, East Hampton Point restaurant couples a striking setting with exceptional contemporary American cuisine. The nautically themed interior features a full-size mahogany sloop with a mast that reaches the ceiling cupola, a gentle reminder of the sea just outside the restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Craig Attwood brings the sea inside with fresh caught-seafood specialties and a popular raw bar, in addition to his seasonally inspired menu. The restaurant is open from April through Labor Day. East Hampton Point is a full service resort featuring thirteen deluxe cottages, seven luxury suites, full-service marina & shop with 58 slips, heated pool, tennis court, fitness room and children's playground. Year-round, guests can enjoy fine dining at one of East Hampton Point's sister properties, The 1770 House, Cittanuova or The Grill on Pantigo in the village of East Hampton.

Had high expectations after a good lunch last August. This time, lunch on a Sunday in late June, we were early enough that few tables outside on the water were taken. The setting could not be better. Unfortunately that was all. The food was terrible. The service was incompetent. The special fish of the day was over fried fish and... More

Stunning view. That's about the extent of it I'm afraid. A group of us booked in for dinner and went early for sundowners. It was 30 mins before any of us had our drinks, and yes, many of them were wrong. Now onto dinner. The summary is as follows: multiple bottles of warm white wine, 4 over cooked steaks, two... More

Sunday Reggae Nights, wow what fun. Great place to watch the sunset. I give them 4 stars for the seeting and ambiance. Brunch is fabulous, dinner is OK but service leave a lot to be desired.

Went there Memorial Day weekend for dinner. It was busy of course and took some time, but what is the rush? We had a beautiful view of the sunset and no one rushed us out for the next seating. Food was solid. If you are looking for a nice evening on the water, this is the place for it.

My husband and I chose East Hampton Point for our wedding reception because they could accomodate the amount of guest we were having attend our wedding. We began scheduling with a wonderful young woman named Emma she was helping us from day one (october 2012) we were told there were no events the day before our wedding and that we... More

Its a shame that a restaurant so visually stunning doesn't have food to match. If you want to have a great meal go elsewhere ,but if you want a cocktail and a great water view then this is the place to be.

Labor Day lunch was a disaster. We did not know it was closing that day, but there was no excuse for the problems we encountered. It took the waiter ten minutes to find menus before he seated us in an almost empty restaurant. Hamburgers and French fries were on the table before guests were informed there was no ketchup left... For those who have tried to find this place using a GPS,the first thing to know is you will get directed to a place a few miles south of the actual location, and on this occasion I wish I hadn't bothered to find the right address. As a party of four, we got seated at a table in the middle... More

The room and the view are spectacular, but the food is disappointing. Food was generally well prepared, but still disappointing and the portions were small and expensive. They could also use more entree choices. Three of us ordered the bouillabaisee and it was so small it could have been a order of soup. We ended up filling up on bread... More
