Dinner

We brought my parents and our children to the point for dinner. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly and was extra sweet to my daughter! The food was fantastic! We really loved the crab cakes. Delic! And to top off the wonderful meal. We got to listen to a great reggae band! We will... read more

After reading great recent reviews and hearing that the Point has a new Chef who is executing a delicious new menu, I decided to take the drive out for dinner to check it out myself. Well it was worth every minute of that drive. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The evening started off with a friendly greeting... More

I had the fluke crudo, and chicken - both were seasoned perfectly and very tasty, I highly recommend the crudo for an appetizer as it allows you to have a more hearty entrée. My partner had the clam chowder and steak. You would expect good clam chowder from a restaurant with a water view - it did not disappoint, the... More

We’ve been eating at East Hampton Point a few times each summer since it opened. The view is always spectacular and this year the food has been pretty good and the service lovely. I’ve had the halibut which was really good and the steak which was fine. My son enjoyed the roast chicken but loved the burrata, tomato and prosciutto... More

I have been to this restaurant previous years for dinner and it was enjoyable - mainly due to the atmosphere/sunset view. However, I recently went for brunch and it was beyond horrific. It's appalling that they are charging $50 for a brunch buffet that isn't edible. The English muffin in the eggs benedict was hard as a brick - I... More

My husband and I just loved our entire experience here and can't wait to go back. East Hampton Point had everything we were looking for: delicious fresh farm to table food, great ambience, wonderful service and the most spectacular sunset in the Hamptons. I had the Halibut with Artichoke & Cous Cous which was cooked to perfection and started with... More

As a long time repeat Hotel guest, I am happy to report that the food and service in their restaurant has finally improved. For the last two season service was very spotty, and the food while good was not on par with years past. My experience was nostalgic from when we could not wait to unpack and head to dinner!!... We visited East Hampton Point on Sunday night. Happy to say that the band was super fun, there was lots of dancing and a gorgeous sunset!! We had the oyster raw bar tower, it’s not cheap at $118 but it was packed with clams, crab, lobster, and shrimp—the oysters were my favorite, but everything was delicious. My friends and I... More

My wife and I are guests of the hotel at East Hampton Point. We had lunch on the deck and really enjoyed ourselves. The service was on point, the staff attentive but not overbearing. I ordered the sandwich special of a sliced sirloin w/ chimmichurri sauce. My wife had the crab cakes, little filler, lots of lumps. She loved them.... More
