Many restaurants have come and gone in East Hampton in the 30 odd years that I have been coming - Nick and Tony's is the perfect mix of good food, ambiance and sheer fun. It is tough to get a reservation in season but when you do, it is worth it! Enjoy!

Maybe I'm too sensitive but I've come to a pattern of avoiding it in the "season" over the past decades. Perhaps that could be said of most places in East Hampton. Even the most recent pre-season visit to eat at the bar had too much angst - due in part to the fact that one person of a couple near... More

I like the place. Very Hamptons, stars abound--Streisand, Martha Stewart, Paul McCartney, etc. But the real star is the food. Most of the time. Zucchini chips, check, some pastas, for sure. But the chicken can be overlooked when over cooked, and the bread could be better. I miss Tom the Aussie bartender and Owen, a jolly waiter. Lucille was great,... More

Nick and Toni's was our choice for our splurge meal of the weekend. When I made the reservation, the earliest available time was 9:45pm so we tried to plan for that time. However, around 9:15, we decided to give it a shot as we were getting tired and didn't know how long we would last. Luckily our table was available!... More

Have always wanted to eat here but could never get a reservation. I figured off season would be the best time and I was right. I felt the menu limited and the food just ok. The best part of the dinner would have to be the service. The staff was very nice and there was no wait for food. The... More

Bryan Futterman is such an accomplished master chef. It's no wonder he has returned to Nick & Toni's to work under Executive Chef Joe Realmuto for a second time. If memory serves me right, Bryan's first successful run was 2001 - 2005 before he opened his own place in Water Mill called Foodie's. That was Bryan's nickname in college and,... More

Despite the storm a good crowd on hand for valentine's day. The artichoke pasta was to die for. Wish it was on the daily menu !

A local club sponsored a 5-course venison dinner at Nick & Toni's...I have never, ever tasted venison in so many different ways - it was one of the most memorable dinners I have ever had! True, it is probably not on their menu, but I believe it was cooked by their chefs and it was truly truly delicious!!

I've been a regular at Nick & Toni's for the last 20+ years. While chefs (and times) have changed, it's the ongoing management team that helps maintain its consistency. They were one of the first restaurants to have their own organic garden out back; also one of the first to prepare and cook entrees out of the wood-burning oven. They... More
