We eat here often when going to the East Hampton Movies and have never been disappointed. Pizza is great with nice thin, crisp crust and other entrees are just as good. Love this place

My second time at Sams while visiting friends in East Hampton. Both times it was on a Friday evening. No reservations accepted so be prepared to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes for a table. The menu is quite extensive I knew that the portions are large so I split an order of baked clams with my husband. I... More

It is an instutition in East Hampton. Probably the oldest restaurant in the village. We get pizza. Plain with less tomato sauce, medium size. Always the same. Thin crust, and the tomato sauce is with fresh tomatos, not a delivered can of sauce. How can I tell other that the waitress saying so. The tomato leaves no red smear wheb... More

Been going to Sam's for a long time. Love the low key unpretentious scene, really loved the pizza. But it's not the same. The crust is soft and kinda soggy now whereas it used to be thin and crispier. So Sam's, if you're reading this, our extended family says PLEASE BRING BACK THE THIN CRUST!! We loved it!!

Went to sams for dinner last night. The Fruitta de mar was ok. Would of preferred whole clams In the dish instead of minced i have had better. I like their pizza better. I would recommend their Bonac Pie..

My wife and I just wandered around East Hampton looking for a reasonably priced meal and were fortunate enough to walk into Sam's. The atmosphere felt like a friendly neighborhood bar & restaurant which it clearly was. Even better than the atmosphere was the actual food. The pizza was the best I have ever eaten and I was glad we... More

I love the chicken parm and the lasagna is great also! Affordable, family-friendly, and lots of seating. Service is always good, food is good Italian and I love it. So happy they do take-out also!

Centrally located and quite popular. Not expensive either, considering the high quality of the food. A small bar. Usually lines to get in during the Summer. Mostly evening hours.

Unpretentious , busy pizzeria , extremely good food at very reasonable prices in what can be an expensive area .No reservations but busy enough to have a quick turnaround .Vast menu .Giant portions again ; if you're a Brit. couple order one meal between two and you'll probably struggle to finish that ! Plenty of pleasant ,helpful staff .Ate in... More

We went to Sam's with our two young children and had a great experience. The waitress was very attentive and great with the children. I loved the old fashioned feel to the place, it really created a nice unpolished feel within the very polished East Hampton. The Pizza was amazing, we ordered a half and half 16" which was perfect...
