Ribs come off the bone! Extremely tasty! We got the stuffed oysters that were amazing! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a couple of lighter dishes would be great, tuna tartare was fresh and light but their salad was too heavyly dressed.

The menu is great for everyone, lots of food and attractive restaurant. It can be crazy busy so a reservation especially in season is a must and even then you may have to wait. But absolutely must show up on time. Bar is excellent if you can get a seat, it really can pack out in the high season even... More

The food was excellent and the service was flawless. The ambiance is warm and inviting. We recommend the heavenly biscuits appetizer and the filet mignon.

Perhaps my experience was because our visit was on labor day. We arrived at the restaurant at our appointed time for our reservations and were advised that there would be a wait so our party of 7 went into the bar. I really found the bar area to be far too crowded and uncomfortable and was happy that there are... More

Enjoyed a delicious dinner of prime rib cooked to perfection which melted in my mouth it was so tender. My husband and I look forward to eating at this restaurant since it's always great. The biscuits are delicious but do agree with other reviewers that they should come with your meal. Our server was very attentive, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.... More

Some of our favorite restaurants are Houston's, Gulf Stream, and R and D. We were visiting East Hampton in August and enjoyed our early dinner at the East Hampton Grill very much. The crab cakes are the best we have ever eaten and the ribs and cole slaw are outstanding. The service and ambiance in these restaurants have been almost... More

If you can get a table you're in for a treat. Go off season if you can. Crab Cakes amazing, Grilled Artichokes are the best ever. Tuna Tartar is a meal in itself. Ideal setting for a date and people watching

This is by far the best Resturant in East Hampton To start the place is so cool from the bar area the outside seats and the main Resturant . The vibe is upbeat and the food to die for. Let's start with the rosemary biscuits with butter and honey Yum me. Moving along to the appetizers the salads are all... More

I love the Palm Beach Grill in Palm Beach, Florida so on our one weekend we go to the Hamptons over the summer we tried this sister restaurant. The wait was long. It seemed like celebrity type people got seated before us even though they came much later. We were the last ones to be seated. Over an hour wait.... More
