We enjoyed an expensive, very tasty dinner at the East Hamtpon Grill. The decor is woody and dark. Slightly club like. The staff is quick, friendly, and is able to explain the ingredients. My husband enjoyed a filet cooked perfectly with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. I ordered the tabbouleh which was the best I have had anywhere and the... More

As also mentioned by others, this is a very good place with friendly and efficient staff. Among their appetizers, the fried oysters served in a shell with creamed spinach is outstanding. The portions of their main courses are quite large, especially for us seniors. The last two visits, we had appetizers, and then shared the spare ribs with my wife.... More

We eat here probably every other other month all year long, and every time I leave with the same impression. We love the service and ambiance, but why is it so difficult to find anything to eat. Appetizer choices are very limited, and if you don't eat red meat, you are left with very few choices for entrees. So we... More

The staff was very friendly and we had great service. Have a food allergy and everyone went out of their way to accommodate. Will go back again for sure.

We were there on a busy Saturday night, but were lucky to get a seat at the bar. Everyone was super friendly, and in spite of the very busy crowd, we had excellent service. Order the ribs! They came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. Fun night!

You put up with a lot when you dine in the Hamptons -- crowded spaces, long waits, high prices, poor seasonal service -- but last night at the East Hampton Grill was a new low in dining experience. We had an 8:45 reservation and we stood for ONE HOUR waiting for a table. Talk about overbooking!!!! We were seated at... More

The food was excellent. The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend. The atmosphere was much nicer than I expected from a "grill."

The restaurant is nice, service is very good, food is good but not great. Except for the biscuits, they're great. The prices are definitely too high.

The rich wood paneled walls and ceiling, soft accent lighting and original artwork contribute to make the new East Hampton Grill an exceedingly handsome restaurant for any occasion. Although busy, the Dinning Room was civilized and the service very professional. The food is classic American with so many interesting entrees it's difficult to chose. We started off with Crab cakes... More

Went for a business meeting with a man I had not seen for a while. Wednesday fairly early. Place was far busier than I would have expected. Food was excellent . The noise level was acceptable but I could see it could get pretty loud on a really busy night. All was professional and the evening was enjoyable.
