Over hyped.

Told many times how great this place is. It's really just OK. Food was fine. Prices were NY airport high. Atmosphere was crappy local old place. Really it's just OK. Nothing memorably good OR bad about it.

We walked in and there was no one there--the waitress told us "sit anywhere" --we picked a seat and she told... More

The menu had variety and something for everyone's taste. Portions were plentiful and the food was tasty. Nice warm bread with the meal. The connected bar seemed to be busy/noisy, the dining room was empty, maybe most ate in the bar. Empty dining rooms are not a good sign, makes you wonder if you should stay but the food was... More

Exactly what we were looking for when staying near the airport. Large portions and prices were very reasonable. I would go back for sure.

Joey's place was within easy walking distance to my hotel and offered a nice menu and very friendly and attentive service. The food was tasty. Everything to ensure a relaxing dinner after a long day.

So we stopped here on a whim. The wings were soo good. The other food items were good. The music was like loud r and b hip hop grinding and bumping music not a match to an Italian resteraunt at all. I think it was a juke box though.

Chose it because it was walking distance from our hotel and the front desk staff recommended it. Good service and tasty food. Reasonable prices.
