We stopped there for lunch on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant is set on a hillside with a nice view. Inside, the restaurant is quaint but not overbearingly so. I had the chicken pot pie. It was excellent. The only complaint I might have had about it is that it had too much chicken at the expense of the vegetables.... More

The service was good and the atmosphere was great. We ate outdoors with a view of the lake and the pond. However, the food was frankly disappointing. The salmon was undercooked, and I sent it back. The waiter was apologetic and offered a complimentary dessert. However, the chicken also tasted like it came from a can. I would not return.

A bit out of town but a great park like setting, friendly service and a good but limited menu. Some really excellent items with reasonable prices for most things. Some unusual choices which are good and fresh and the "lemon angel" desert is not to be missed!

We visited the Old Orchard Inn, which we ate many of times! The location and atmosphere is second to none! We both ordered their signature Chicken Pot Pie. The service was excellent and I stress excellent. When our dinners arrived, we removed the top baked portion and spooned out the contents on to our plates. We noticed just a couple... More

Stopped for an afternoon drink and saw the orange Creme Bulee on the dessert menu. We ordered it! It was perfect! Extremely nice staff waiting on us even when a wedding was going on! Beautiful view and we will be back!! Thank you!

Always a popular dining treat is no longer so. What used to be fabulous is now just so so. Would someone please get them to offer the wonderful little assorted breads, sweet and savory, instead of a few skinny bland slices of boring bread. Their mussel starter was good, I'll have to admit, but it was all downhill after that.... More

Visited the Old Orchard Inn, in East Aurora NY last week with some out of town friends. The staff was very friendly, and sat us at a window seat, close to the pond. As usual, the food was great, from the Baked Lobster spread to the mussels. For the dinner entree, we chose the filet medallions, baked Tiapia and a... More

I know longer live where I can make frequent visits to this lovely, charming place. We started celebrating special famy events here, in the 1960s, and I never had a bad meal or poor service. Am so glad to know that the traditions continue, that people still choose the Old Orchard; it is truly a destination rather then a quick... More

The Old Orchard is an excellent place to have a quiet meal with friends. This is our go-to restaurant every Valentine's Day and every year we have a wonderful time. Drinks, appetizers entrees and desserts are always delicious and the service is wonderful. Enjoy the scenic drive and quaint, secluded location.

Went here for dinner based on a suggestion by the hotel staff where I was staying. The place is interesting and looks like it could be quite picturesque in the warmer weather. I didn't need to make any reservations and walked right in and was seated immediately. I ordered the 14 Oz. New York Strip Steak, which they claim is... More
