Food is very good. We had a dinner and it was well catered. Presented well and pleasant service. Although process is a bit slow for a group

I have been to the Roycroft Inn for several events Birthday. Rehersal dinners, Showers & Business Lunches and have NEVER experienced a manager being so bold and downright rude to guests. We made a simple request for a different table and that is what started the hostess & daytime manager to team up and treat their "guests" horribly. I was... More

Our large extended family was easily accommodated for brunch at this historic hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful for this large group. The brunch items were diverse and very well prepared. A string quartet played while we prepared our food. I would recommend for any size group.

We visited the Roycroft Inn for lunch and without reservations. They were very busy but invited us to make ourselves comfortable in the lounge or living room. There was a bar where we could have ordered wine or coffee but we chose not to. The hostess immediately offered to get us water. We were seated within about 15 minutes. I... More

A real signature experience in a restored and historic inn. The food is superb and the outside terrace is very pleasant in good weather. Can be a bit pricey but there's a range to choose from. One nice feature is the "sliver" portion of desert which is a smaller (and less costly) option to finish your meal. Attentive service.

Arrived at 6PM on a Saturday Evening. The wife had Lamb chops which arrived cold and devoid of taste.I ordered a strip steak with a thick, gooey sauce on top that was absolutely horrible.Lobster Bisque was by some miracle, absolutely delicious but not enough to save the day.We shall not return....

We had so looked forward to lunch at this historic place. What a disappointment! We were there at noon and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, I had felt the fries- which looked sick- and said they were barely warm. The kitchen supervisor, that is what her name tag stated, said she... More

This is a lovely restored Inn where we went for dinner while in East Aurora. We did sit on the peristyle, which was a lovely space but kind of buggy. Wish there was a solution for that problem. Even if we had been seated inside there were large open windows so the bugs still would have been buzzing around. I... More

We sat out on the veranda for a summer evening meal in July. The food was exquisitely prepared. I had never seen corn sprouts on a green salad - what a novel treat! The meal and dessert were both very nice. Breakfast the next morning was also very good.
