Local beef carpaccio, corn chowder, pear tart, opah, champagne. Too full for dessert, but choices great. Walk in fireplace was aglow and several other tables enjoying dinner, very efficient service. This restaurant is clearly the finest restaurant I have been to in the Colgate University vicinity. in fact, I would rate this as comparable to the finest urban restaurants of it's kind.
