Service was excellent, especially because we had a large party. Debbie handled the orders professionally. Would especially recommend the multigrain French toast and county omelette. Must stop- can't miss! Travelled all the way from Maryland to revisit this gem. Definitely worth it.

My wife and I stayed at Croton Point Park for a month while visiting our daughter in the Big Apple. This diner quickly became our favorite go to place for good food at an affordable price. The all inclusive dinners include soup, salad, entrée, drink and dessert. Generous portions meant we always had two meals for the price of one.... More

Good diner food, nothing too fancy but fresh and well prepared. Friendly, efficient service. Reasonable prices. Parking can be a little tight.

The caption on the tall sign in front of this diner reads: "Your Home Away From Home for over 42 years." How true! We live about 20 min from this restaurant, and have been there many times over the past several years. It's my favorite diner in our area, and there are plenty of others. What's so great? The management... More

Food is OK; the last time I had the feta cheese omelette, the cheese was still cold; there is nothing wrong with this diner; it's just ordinary diner food with nothing that stands out.

One of the reasons that my husband and I like to travel to the NYC area is the diners that we have found in Westchester County. This one was one of our favorites. Four of us dined together and we all really enjoyed different breakfasts. The menu selection was huge, the prices were great, the portions were perfect-sized, our service... More

Colonial offers good diner food, but the service needs help. We were seated by a man who didn't say two words to us. One server came by and asked if we needed water, then when we said "yes", disappeared and never saw him again. Our waiter didn't seem interested in whether we ate or not.I felt like we were intruding... More

Food was pretty good. Nothing great but typical diner food. The service was pretty bad. Only two tables were filled and only saw the waiter for our order and to give us the check. The table cleaner filled up my water glass after he overheard me talking bad about the service. I wouldn't go out of my way for this... More

Omelettes, waffles, French toast for breakfast. Lunch specials, dinner specials at $9.95. Can't go wrong with this diner. Food is very good and if you like brisket of beef...it's a must! Have been coming here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night for over 30 years.
