First time we figured the terribly long wait was a fluke, gave it a second try a few months later. Over a half an hour wait for the food, again. The waitress kept telling us "soon," but then made excuses for why the food was late. Identical experience traveling to this particular Perkins six months ago. We love our local... More

Nice friendly restaurant with good food, quick near the highway, better than a fast food place. You can call and reserve before you get there.

It reeks of chain restaurant but the big breakfast was a lure for us until a recent visit prompted us to walk out. Even when we were the only people waiting to be seated (on several visits) the host or hostess would spend minutes studying the seating chart before solving the apparent calculus problem and figuring out which table we... I was in Cortland overnight and had dinner. The food was so good. Fresh and flavorful, not processed or over seasoned. The waitress was awesome too.

I really enjoy Perkins salads and French Toast. The wait staff is always very pleasant. Jack Carr is awesome.

My husband and I went for dinner at Perkins on March 1/14 at approximately 6:30pm. We had to wait about 6 minutes to be seated as the woman who was ringing out customers was busy and said she would be with us shortly. Once someone else came to seat us there was only one booth (for two - small) by... More

Since Perkins is right next to multiple hotels, it is a quick and easy place to have dinner. The food was good, the service was fine and the three of us had no complaints. If you want a adult beverage with your meal, they do not serve alcohol at his restaurant, so you'll have to go somewhere else.

Something about Perkins just always appeals to me. We enjoyed our visit to the Cortland Perkins. I had a delicious pumpkin muffin. The server was very efficient and friendly.

We just had lunch there. Soup, sandwich, and pie. Everything was delicious. I had chicken noodle and my wife had tomato basil soup, loved it. She had a ham and cheese sandwich on homemade bread and I had a turkey sandwich. A very thick slice of turkey, not just the thin sliced at the deli counter in the super market.... More

Great location near several hotels and Route 81. Hard to choose from the wide selections for breakfast and lunch. Food was tasty and fresh. Would recommend to friends.
