As someone who grew up in Corning it was nice to come back here after 10 years and Chris recognized and welcomed me right away. Good food I always leave ready for a nap- "stuffed to the rafters!" The staff is great too, accommodating our new 4 yr old and 9 no old as best they can. BTW LOVE the... More

Long story here. My wife and I were in my semi delivering a load in the area. We had stopped at the Corning Museum of Glass. Afterwards The staff there recommended that we take the walking bridge over to Market Street to find a place to eat. We walked down Market Street until we bumped in to Sorge's. We have... More

Decided to try after reading menu online. Manicotti had a burnt cheese taste; seafood Alfredo was to have shrimp, scallops and crab - had plenty of shrimp but could not detect crab or scallops. The desserts were a different story. The homemade cheesecake was creamy and delicious; the tiramisu was moist and flavorful.

We were terribly disappointed by the new Sorge's restaurant. We had enjoyed the original locations, before their fire. I ordered the dinner buffet and had many choices, however they were not able to accommodate my food allergies. My husband ordered fresh manicotti. We watched the waitress go over to the buffet and she served him the dried out ones from... More

We apologize for the experience you had at Sorge's. We do our best to maintain the freshness of all our items that we serve. The Pasta Buffet is a very popular menu choice, our customers are overwhelmingly pleased with the buffet! We are looking into this matter and will make sure it's handled properly from here on out. As for... More

We had lunch at Sorge's on Wednesday January 14th. My husband had the "All American Burger " He said it was excellent. I had the Grilled Reuben Sandwich with turkey instead of corned beef. It too was excellent. Our server was vey good. She promptly refilled our glasses and checked to see if we needed anything. We had a very... More

Excellent lunch. The waitress messed up on my burger( I ordered it with no cheese, she put cheese on it) other than this, it was a very good lunch!

I had chicken with fettuccini in a white sauce and it was very good. the had a pasta bar which several in our party had and complimented. As always the place... More

Wait staff is very nice, great coffee. Good food. I used to not really care for the food. Every time I go I like it more and more. The sandwiches are a Big Bang for your buck. The chicken Milano is very yum.
