We went for a terrific breakfast buffet before going to the Corning Museum. I was a big fan of the blueberry crepes.

My husband and I ate at Sorge's on a Monday evening. It is a quaint resturant with great history. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and we enjoyed her. We had italian artichoke hearts as an appetizer served with wonderful marinara sauce. My husband had ravioli michalangelo and I had lasagna primavera. They were both wonderful. I... More

We were in the mood for Italian while speeding a night in Corning and Sorge's was recommended to us. This is a quaint restaurant, very clean with great service. The house salad was great as were the garlic rolls. My wife had shrimp and I had veal parmesan. She enjoyed her dish but I found the veal, while tender, was... More

Thank you Kreuzr for sharing your thoughts with us. We have multiple home made sauces available for you to choose from to complement your pasta choices. I am not sure which sauce you selected, but our "Angry Sauce" has become extremely popular. On you next visit, I would suggest you give that sauce a try. Glad you enjoyed everything else.... More

We picked this because of the option of a 2nd plate for $1.99 since we weren't terribly hungry. The pasta alfredo was delicious. But the service was only so-so. We rarely saw our server, once she finally arrived. She acted like she was super busy but when we got there it wasn't too busy.

While camping in the area, we tried Sorge's for lunch. We shared Club and Reuben sandwiches. They were so great that we came back the next day for dinner. Even though it was Father's Day, we were able to be seated right away. We both had versions of lasagna. Though I did not love the seafood version, our meal was... More

I visited Sorge's with family and friends recently. Instead of doing the smart thing and having Italian, I ordered pork chops. The one I ate was dry and tough. (My sister ate the other and said it was delicious.) The sides were good and the chocolate cake was incredible. The rest of our party said the Italian pastas were great.

Traveling with 8 kids makes meal time a bit difficult in making everyone happy. Sorge's was able to satisfy everyone's palette! There is something for everyone. All 10 of us ordered something different, yet every meal was delicious! It is a quick hop off the interstate so make sure and give it a try!

We went to Sorge's after a day in the Corning Glass Museum and were very pleasantly surprised. It was a Wednesday and Sorge's buffet night. The buffet consisted of Sorge's freshly made pastas and ravioli's, lasagna and manicotti. There was also meat or regular tomato sauce, as well as meatballs. The tomato sauce had a slightly sweet /spicy flavor that... More
