We found this place only by accident, for lunch, and were happy we did! So much so that we came back for dinner the next night! Beautiful view, cheap food and rowdy locals ;) (Locals hangouts are the best when road tripping, am I right?) We had beer, wine, steak sandwich, smothered chicken sandwich and the Reuben - all amazing!... More

The food, particularly the boneless wing appetizers, was quite good. 1/2 slab of ribs falling off bone and good, meaty hamburgers. Wait time a bit long, particularly if you have hungry kids in tow. I'd read the reviews complaining of the wait time, so I made a point to see how long things took. Getting the drinks was only a... More

We discovered this spot accidentally about 4 yrs ago on way back to Rochester from the "Rez" stop for gas & propane refills. We have probably been here 30+ times since. Most often just hubby & me but also several times with tween and teen grandkids. Son (35) and his friends also love it here. We have sampled most of... More

We live close by so we go regularly. The specials are wonderful. We especially like "Wed. Wing night". We have enjoyed the last few clam nights. My FIL loves the liver! The staff is friendly and quick and the food is good.

I'm biased because i"m a biker, but they have great food and are always ready to get what you want in a hurry. It doesen't hurt that the menus up my alley and the orders are flexable.

We stopped at The Lodge for a Birthday Celebration as our previous experience was wonderful. Tonight was a lengthy wait for the waitress to acknowledge us, longer wait for her to serve drinks , which were only beer, pepsi, lemonade and water. Wait again to take order now its 30 minutes we have been there. Order taken, appetizer served 30... More

We have stopped here before and each time the food is great and have never had an issue with the wait staff. Fried food is always cooked perfect and the homemade soups are excellent! In the summer the view from the back part of the restaurant over looks the waterfalls. Reasonable prices and you won't leave hungry.

I visited about a week ago for the first time and this place was wonderful. My server was very nice and attentive, the food came out quick. We had a table overlooking the falls. I also liked how there was a fire place in the restaurant/bar. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer, they were wonderful. I had a chicken... More

If you are traveling between Rochester and Buffalo, I highly recommend getting off at the Pembroke exit, heading north a mile and enjoy this piece of Americana. The menu has a number of sandwiches and meals, but their special is the steak sandwich. Wonderful! Fries were delicious. Had wings for appetizers and they hit the spot as well. The restaurant... A friend introduced me to the restaurant visiting one of the reservations. Wow. great view. We were there in the middle of the afternoon so it was quiet. All we had was the delicious home made chili and French onion soup. I have been a owner all my life and Im noted for my homemade soups so Im picky. The... More
