Good food, nice staff, nice view.

We always eat here on our trips to Cooperstown. It is dependable and it is really the nicest place to eat in Cooperstown outside of the big hotel.

Went there for our granddaughters wedding rehearsal dinner. Just a great relaxing atmosphere. The food and the service was beyond good it was exceptional. A perfect ending for a perfect day.

Food is very good...but small portions, I left hungry! Atmosphere is interesting Adirondack feel...French cuisine..and a marina out back! Not sure what they are going for but should chose one theme!

This is one of the best restaurants in the area. It is hidden away on the lake, so it has an amazing view. The food is excellent, though the vegetarian options are seriously limited. The drinks are great. This is a great place for a dinner with friends or a romantic date. This is NOT a place to bring your... More

We dined at the Blue Mingo Grill last night while on vacation, and can only say the meal was great and was not your standard menu! Unfortunately they close for the season today, so can recommend you try them when they open again in the spring!

Maybe part of the adventure in dining at the Blue Mingo is actually finding it. Its not really hard but you do meet to keep your eyes open. The staff fantastic and super helpful, the food out of this world...pork belly lolli pops are you kidding me? Cocktails and other dining selections were terrific. Would not ever even consider a... Heard great reviews over the years and finally had a chance to try it. This time of year, they are only open Thursday - Sunday. We were there in between lunch and dinner and ordered off the bar menu. Snacked on the flatbread pizza of the day with the local beer Rare Vos by Ommegang! The establishment is a cute... More

the Blue Mingo was recommended to use by a friends sister-in-law who lives in Cooperstown. We ate lunch on warm Monday afternoon. It is kind of hidden from the road as you have to look for the "Sam Smiths Boatyard" sign. Parking is at a premium in the lot behind the boatyard, but as we left after lunch we found... More

Please, and thank you. It is a really easy process, all it requires is a paring knife and a little time.
