The food was excellent and the service was great. In fact we arrived early one evening and really wanted to sit outside. The staff did not have the patio set up for dinner but they obliged and set it up quickly for us and did so happily. We will definetly be back.

We were in town for a week at Dreams Park with the baseball boys. A night away for dinner at Nicoletta's was perfect. Very good menu, prompt service. We were worried when we arrived that our "off the baseball field" shorts and shirts may not meet the tablecloth standards...but we were just fine. So don't be intimidated looking in the... More

We were hesitant as the menu seemed the usual Italian American fare, a far cry from real Italian food. But we were pleasantly surprised. We had an appetizer of tomatoes and mozzarella. The tomatoes were not good, especially for this time of the year when you should get really ripe and tasty ones. The lobster ravioli were good albeit a... More

Most of the restaurants in downtown Cooperstown are heavy on pub food and have an overly casual environment, so it was great to find Nicoletta's for a nice sit-down dinner. We split a Caesar salad, then Mr jtwiz had Veal Satimbucca and I had a special of Shrimp and Scallops Fra Diavolo. I loved the chunky, spicy tomato sauce! It... More

Two of us arrived w/ a dinner reservation at 7:30 on a Monday. Most tables were occupied when we arrived, most when we left. Make a reservation! We were immediately given a nice table by the sidewalk-facing front window, menus, and water. All the staff were friendly and professional. The food, unfortunately, had little to recommend it. The "sliced tomato"... More

Great. If I lived here I would come often. Food is great. As good as any restaurant in the North End of Boston

Gentle atmo, solid Italian menu, good wine list, charming and knowledgeable servers. We've dined here a half dozen times over as many years, and the place never disappoints. It's worth the hassle of finding a (legal) parking space and weaving among hot dog and souvenir emporia to spend an evening here.

because we were only there for 1 day we had to ask the locals where the best place to eat was. They did not disappoint... Right from the time we sat down, the service was excellent. the food even better...it was with walking distance from our hotel. so it was a great choice.

Compliments to Nicoletta's on a terrific meal on Saturday night of HOF induction weekend. Conveniently located on Main Street in Cooperstown, it is a quiet respite from the hubbub of the street. We felt fortunate to receive a reservation, which we made about 3 weeks before the weekend. The food was excellent and the choice of wine was first-rate.
