My wife and I had a nice lunch at Doubleday Café while we were visiting the Baseball HOF. I had a turkey BLT special which was delicious. My wife had a sandwich she enjoyed. Prices were reasonable and service was fine. We stopped there the following night for a dessert - toll house brownie - which we also enjoyed.

My husband I started out our house hunting day here for breakfast. I had an omelet with sausage & cheese and my husband had the waffle. Both were delicious and came piping hot to the table. Server was friendly. Prices are good for the amount of food you receive. We will definitely be back!

This was easily the busiest of restaurants on Saturday at lunch time. People did not mind waiting a bit for a table. The split pea and ham soup was delicious, as was the hot turkey sandwich. Reasonably priced with good service despite being down one wait staffer.

My husband and I went here for lunch and both ordered cheeseburgers. They were the perfect size (not the ginormous ones that when you eat you feel bloated and nasty) and cooked perfectly. It came with plenty of well seasoned fries and a pickle spear. The service was friendly and great. definitely recommend this place!

Went to dinner here last night so we could watch the game, and have a bite. It was perfect. HD TV. Good wings and Chicken Quesadillas. Chicken was especially good and tender. Nice friendly atmosphere. Decent beer selection. Service was good, too. I would go here again.

Given that this is basically a glorified diner, the prices were a bit high. If you have people with big appetites, be sure they get a double burger. While the single burger (Greek) was good, it didn't really provide enough food for my son. The service was only so-so, with lots of waitresses present, but only two actually working. The... More

We were early for a dinner reservation we had elsewhere and decided to stop into Doubleday Cafe for a drink/appetizer. The place was bustling and people were having a good time. We ordered some higher end chardonnay wines and were going to order an appetizer until we noticed they offered free popcorn to patrons and decided to have that instead... More

Being off-season and with locals, I think we got the best food and service possible. Everything was fresh, the French Onion Soup was Awesome and warming on a cold day!
