A friend and I went in for wine and a appt. The waitress was friendly, but the wine was corked (or old) and the calamari was soggy and chewy- as if it were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. We did not complain, but didn't eat it either. The waitress didn't ask why and never returned to the... More

We are in Cooperstown for the night. Checked reviews for many restaurants in the area when this place sounded like a good bet. It was very cute inside. They are kid friendly, but the prices are a but steep in that area. The Mac and Cheese my son had came piping hot which surprised me coming out to a child.... More

Bocca Osteria is one of those places in Cooperstown that the locals visit. Unlike the places that cater mainly to the baseball tourists, Bocca's cliental is a wonderful mixture. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, the wait staff is friendly without being obsequious, and the food is delicious. The fig and arugula salad is amazing, their soups are fresh and... More

My husband seems to think there is only one local restaurant worth going out to recently and it is Bocca Osteria in Cooperstown. Last night we shared our favorite place with friends who had never been and they agreed that the food was wonderful. For some reason we arrived at the same time as everyone else and the place was... My Husband and I dined at Bocca Osteria after a very long day of house hunting. When we walked in we were a bit confused where to go to be seated, then we heard a girl say you can sit anywhere, so we did. After a few minutes a server came over and gave us menus but didn't introduce herself... More

This is our second time here. Once during the baseball season, and this time in the off season. Both times whether crowded or not, food has been tasty, hot, and fast. They have a great variety food. From ravioli for the kids to an eggplant creation to die for for the adults.

I ordered chicken riggate n mostly got pasta, the sauce wasnt good n only a few pieces of chicken in the food. A little pricey for something I didnt want to eat. Also I was with someone who got shrimp and the sauce was like oatmeal and only 2 pieces of shrimp. Wont be eating there again

When we moved to the Cooperstown, NY area several months ago from just outside New York City, we were disappointed in the meals we had at local restaurants. Then we ventured to Bocca Osteria, and realized instantly we were onto something great. The pizza is every bit as good as what we had in Italy, and the entrees we have... More

We ate at this Restaurant two nights in a row. Cooperstown, for a small town has about 5, above average restaurants but this one is at the top of the list. Prices are reasonable($60 for two), the ambiance is excellent, service is quick, the staff are intelligent and friendly, and a great, small bar with a good selection. The kicker?... More
